I now know why my people prefer Costco over this location. Put in a mobile order because the locations in my hometown of Las Vegas always, always had my order ready when I arrived. For this location put the order in at 5:50 “ will be ready in 14 minutes” arrived at 6:10 order was just put in. 4 people working in back only the young lady at the counter is actually working everyone else wondering around. She’s also preparing the pizzas head uncovered hair all down her back. This location in Alabama will never, ever receive my money again. Didn’t leave until 6:40 dingy girl behind the counter didn’t even tell me me order was ready

Website says that they close at 11. Placed an order and drove here to pick it up and the doors locked. I called and the guy who answered the phone said I placed the order right as they were closing… I placed the order at 9:15… I was here by 9:39. Dumb…

My food was never delivered. I called and there was no answer. The store supposedly closed at 8pm so I’m unsure on how this person even claim to picked up my food

Terrible service do not eat here. The lady just stuck her hand in the pizza and said “I haven’t even had my breakfast yet” and ate the pizza infront of customers. Didn’t have a school order even started yet when time for pick up. I repeat do NOT eat here.

We placed an order at 9:24 p.m. on the app, with the closing time set for 11 p.m. CST. However, just 35 minutes later, our order was canceled because they decided to close early. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment, as it’s not worth the hassle. Save yourself some time and avoid unnecessary trouble. The customer service and management here are absolutely terrible.

After working all day I ordered a pizza on the app. It said 18-19 minutes. So, I waited at the grocery store until it was time for my pickup. When I arrived there were 3 people sitting in the lobby. One of the young ladies asked if I was there to pickup. I said yes and she asked my name and got up. Another lady said first and last name. I said yes, then she said I cancelled your order. The ladies are teenagers and had to clock out. She said one of the ladies was her ride. She did apologize but I was thinking why she couldn’t make the pizza. I said someone could have called me and she replied that she thought the computer would have sent me a message. This is normally the one I visit but I was very disappointed. No customer service at all.
It's quick...that's about the best I can say about their pizza.
