I just want to thank Pizza Hut for bringing Nick, the New general manager of that store. I'm a Dasher, and we usually don't get great customer service.But he greeted me pleasantly when I entered gave me the status of my order and had great conversation to start my day. All Pizza Hut stores need to follow suit.Behind this young man , because he is awesome!

Fresh faces and a clean store! This Pizza Hut is not what it used to be. Pizzas are shown to you before you leave and always HOT! Most of these bad reviews are from Karen's or from several years ago. I recommend checking out this location as it has changed drastically!

I placed an online order because I had a coupon. When I arrived, there was a couple sitting and waiting. I picked up my order. The serving size was a little smaller than I expected. I would order the crafted flatzz again.

A family member ordered their pizza and told me they were going to get this. They were having issues with their oven. They initially said they would make my order then they refused to do so. So my family member just gets pizza and I don't?? This particular location always has issues

I now know why my people prefer Costco over this location. Put in a mobile order because the locations in my hometown of Las Vegas always, always had my order ready when I arrived. For this location put the order in at 5:50 “ will be ready in 14 minutes” arrived at 6:10 order was just put in. 4 people working in back only the young lady at the counter is actually working everyone else wondering around. She’s also preparing the pizzas head uncovered hair all down her back. This location in Alabama will never, ever receive my money again. Didn’t leave until 6:40 dingy girl behind the counter didn’t even tell me me order was ready
