My food was never delivered. I called and there was no answer. The store supposedly closed at 8pm so I’m unsure on how this person even claim to picked up my food

Terrible service do not eat here. The lady just stuck her hand in the pizza and said “I haven’t even had my breakfast yet” and ate the pizza infront of customers. Didn’t have a school order even started yet when time for pick up. I repeat do NOT eat here.

We placed an order at 9:24 p.m. on the app, with the closing time set for 11 p.m. CST. However, just 35 minutes later, our order was canceled because they decided to close early. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment, as it’s not worth the hassle. Save yourself some time and avoid unnecessary trouble. The customer service and management here are absolutely terrible.

After working all day I ordered a pizza on the app. It said 18-19 minutes. So, I waited at the grocery store until it was time for my pickup. When I arrived there were 3 people sitting in the lobby. One of the young ladies asked if I was there to pickup. I said yes and she asked my name and got up. Another lady said first and last name. I said yes, then she said I cancelled your order. The ladies are teenagers and had to clock out. She said one of the ladies was her ride. She did apologize but I was thinking why she couldn’t make the pizza. I said someone could have called me and she replied that she thought the computer would have sent me a message. This is normally the one I visit but I was very disappointed. No customer service at all.

Ordered Alfredo and Breadsticks. Was told 20 minutes. Took over 45 minutes before they even started taking me seriously that I was there to pick up what I had already paid for. WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. LACKS MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZATION, AND ANY TYPE OF DISCIPLINE TO GET THINGS DONE!!

I sat there for five minutes while the cashier was on phone I assumed taking an order until she walked to the back without acknowledging I was there comes up gives another customer his order and goes back to the back I’m standing there waiting customers pissed I walked out and went to Bibb Street Pizza ? Great Place Great energy and appreciates your business very negative energy at that Pizza Hut and after reading the comments I’m glad I didn’t waste my money!!!

I placed a $50 order tonight. Got the pizzas there was no sauce. I called and they put in an order to remake them. Got them and again no sauce. I called to get a refund at this point. First 2 times I got hung up on after explaining my issue. 3 more times and they answer and hung up. This is NOT acceptable. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!!!!

The delivery driver sat my food on the door mat and didn’t even ring the door bell. Mind you I have a chair on the porch to sat food or any other item I have delivered in. If the door bell motions sensor hasn’t notified me the pizza was out there it would have been still sitting on the door mat. If I could upload the video I would. 4/26/2024
