Offer quality service on EVERY order EVERY time! The pizza I received was terrible. It was extremely thin, which I ordered hand tossed, and there was not an efficient amount of cheese or sauce for the pie. As a business owner I would never offer my customers any products that I would not be proud to attach my name on or something that I would not want to have for myself. This was by far the worst pizza I have EVER had from any Pizza Hut.

These 3 stars are not because we recently ordered and had decent/ subpar/ horrible service. Yes, we have ordered from this location and have experienced the absolute most issues in comparison to all other Pizza Hut (PH) locations that we have ordered from. However, the manager (I assume she is still there) has always done her best to correct the wrongs. Unfortunately, this time, this issue is about the lack of assistance from Pizza Hut Customer Service (CS). After learning this...

Was told online the food would be ready 25-35 minutes from when I ordered. Got there in 30 minutes and waited an additional 30 minutes for the food. Several people waiting there with same scenario. Seemed like they may have been short- handed, which is fine, just give realistic wait times. If food is going to take an hour just let the customer know upfront.
