Thought contactless is when they would bring the food out to you not going to the drive thru... was told they dont do contactless

placed on order online...wait time for pickup is 30 minutes...went in and was told it'll 10-15 more minutes, the app isn't always accurate...so why am I still sitting in the parking lot waiting for my pizza for a total of an hour plus wait!!What the hell is really going on!!!!!!???????? NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I don’t get uptight about little things but when it comes to the community restaurant/stores helping the kids I get slightly upset. William Silas Garrett Elementary School has tasked their 4th graders to complete a pizza fractions project. The teachers has asked that the pizza box be new and unused. So at this point I reach out on Pizza Hut on Atlanta Hwy. Montgomery, Al. They can’t give a box away ok can I pay for a box..No!! There is no way to just ring up a pizza box��. Then I reach out to Dominos on Bell Rd. Montgomery Al. I explain my situation and their answer is just No we don’t do that��. So I say let me try Little Ceasar’s on Atlanta Hwy. Montgomery, Al. and who would have thought: ma’am you don’t have to pay for it we would be happy to help the students of Montgomery come by we will have it waiting for you!! So from now on Pizza Hut nor Dominos Pizza will not be getting anymore of my hard earned money!! Deleting both or their apps out of my phone!!!
