On Tuesday night their buffet night 7pm the lady said they were out of buffet pizza about 30 minutes ago and not making any more.

When ordering a xl pizza, I failed to say I wanted thin crust. I was unaware that it only comes in thin crust. The worker who answered the phone made it sound as if it was a problem. She gave me a sigh and then said, “it only comes in thin crust” then slammed the phone receiver down. Poor customer service. BTW this is the last time we will be ordering from this establishment.

It depends on who's working the register. The first time, I was greeted by a female cashier, and she was great. I thought I would try lunch here again, and it was a male, dark hair, black rim glasses, and a little heavy. No personality. I don't expect you to become my friend but you can at least be a little friendly.

I've been eating at Pizza Perfect ever since it was on Dalraida Rd. Service is almost always great. The pizza is perfectly awesome. I'm actually going today for lunch. 🤤 mmmm mmmm!

The commercials got me! Yup I fell for the lie! I was tired of the major chain pizza stores in the area and thought I give this place a try since it’s local. Boy was I disappointed, two bites and through the whole pie away. Frozen pizza dough, dry and thin toppings. . I literally got frozen bread dough! So disappointed!
I have been ordering from pizza perfect for years. It is Oct 31, 2024. I just placed an order to be delivered at 5:10. The person who took my order could not have been more rude if he tried. I went ahead and placed the order and he did not say Thank you, kiss my ass or anything. Just hung up. It is a toss up on whether or not I get my pizza. I just know, it will be my last time ordering pizza from Pizza Perfect, far from perfec!
Vegetarian options: Customer service left a bad taste in my mouth for everything
You have the best pizza in town but you can't deliver most times, I think this really hurts your business. Please hire delivery drivers.

Pizza was jus okay but the lady at the register wasn’t friendly and the guy in the back was vaping all around where the pizza was being made which is disgusting knowing it was being blown all over the food area. This was out. First and our last time going .
