Workers have the nerve to be out of chicken ans gonna tell me I need to have my receipt ans money ready before reaching the window. But they got a line of 6 cars in front of me. Got 4 cars pulled up. Folks don't care what they say to you. I forgot to add the worker went overboard on the sauce on the spicy chicken sandwiches too much. It burns for too long no matter how much ice you rub on your lips n tongue. So come back to try them again and they been open an hour and no food is up n ready? Why is the order taker boxing food as well? No staff for each position just be closed.

Completely appalled and frustrated at the lack of preparation, piss poor service, and disorganization of this popeyes location. Placed a mobile order for a 10-piece family dinner. Upon arrival, I am told that they only have spicy chicken (which I did not order). I said that was fine and requested no breasts. I was then told they only had breasts (at 5pm on a Monday), so they were about to give me 10 spicy chicken breasts for my meal had I not inquired. I asked if they would be preparing more chicken and was told they still only had breasts. When I requested to cancel my order and get a refund, I was told I’d have to call customer service or corporate. It makes absolutely no sense for a chicken place to run out of all but one type of chicken and not notify customers before filling the order. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Don’t waste your time at this restaurant. I placed a mobile order for ghost pepper wings and when got there they said they were sold out of that flavor. I asked if they could substitute and they said they don’t offer substitutions on mobile orders. A mobile order is money in the bank since I already paid. Why would a restaurant turn me away and cancel my order. Poor customer service! Go to the Chick-fil-A across the street they know how to treat customer

No chicken wings were thawed out by 1st shift . 2nd shift wasn't to blame for the lack of prepped product needed for orders. Customers either have to WAIT 30 MORE minutes for a order after having been in line WAITING 20 minutes after placing your order. The people who are taking drive thru orders MUST/SHOULD have proper knowledge of what is available when people are placing the order. There's NO WAY that Customers should get to the PICK-UP WINDOW only to be irritated annoyed aggravated . You couldn't make the food right for me the PAYING CUSTOMER BUUUUUT YOU ALL HAD SO MUCH TIME TO WASTE THAT 4-5 WORKERS IN FULL UNIFORM WERE Standing in front in a circle talking with people who were NOT IN UNIFORM yet behind the counter ??....WHY ARE THESE LOCATIONS ALWAYS OUT OF SEVERAL ITEMS...HOW DO YOU UNDERSTOCK YOUR MAIN ITEMS? IJA...#2 COMPLAINT...01-12-2024 Ordered through door dash by for dinner. Order was ACCEPTED AND CHARGED MY CARD INCLUDING TIP for dasher who was at the place to pick up before my order was ready. Something somewhere in store happened that POPEYE'S CANCELED MY ORDER...WHYYYYY IS ????There was plenty of time for the orders to be made ESPECIALLY NOT CLOSING TIL 10PM...DON'T WANT TO DO YOUR JOBS BEING PAID TO DO....QUIT!!!!!!!!. Quit screwing over the public with sorry behind goof off employees. Then the DOOR DASHER TOOK $5.50 TIP FOR NOTHING. Not my fault these punks cancelled my order after your arrival. That's that for POPEYE'S sorry locations in Montgomery. These locations NEED TO BE TRAINED BY THE POPEYE'S MANGER IN WETUMPKA LOCATION..WHAAAAAAAAT!!!!!! I SAID WHAT I SAID.

Called this place to confirm whether they have wings or not *(see my review of the one on E South Blvd) and they refuse to answer the phone, even going so far as to hang up when I called the second time. Popeye's can burn to the ground far as it exists as an option in my head at this point.
