The Popeyes on Eastchase is horrible. So.e days the doors aren't open and no signs saying the it's drive thru only just nothing. Some days no spicy chicken or the fryers aren't working. It's always something with this Popeyes. Sometimes the service is not n all that great. They need better training, more pay or something. Bye Popeyes hello Bojangles!

Please pour a solution down the drain trap. It smelled like pure sewage in the bathroom. Bathroom needs a new soap dispenser and better upkeep. It takes them forever to acknowledge the customer that is standing there waiting to order. Food was cold.

Understandable why delivery drivers avoid Popeyes like a virus. Pathetic management, employees got time to chatter with each other but have customers orders ready. not a chance, but expect drivers to confirm before acceptance. Do not trust those that don't you to; or better yet say No to all Popeyes failed management. Not worth your time lost.
