I am not sure if it's because they can't tell the difference or they just don't feel like making them but EVERY time I order spicy chicken tenders they give me regular. EVERY TIME. It's really a bummer. I won't be back because it's just a hassle every time to have it fixed.

The manager is the only good part of that entire place. It’s clear she is dealing with total incompetence from every employee there. Everything except my drink was wrong and she had to go back behind everyone to fix their screw-ups. They should let her fire everybody and start from scratch.

Please replace the whole staff that don't want to work with AI . They wouldn't be hateful and have ignorance and attitude and be rasicist toward customers for no reason. Chick Fillet is across the street. Excellent customer service with better chicken.

We are regular customers, and we usually see everybody with a hairnet except the dude that was in the back with dreadlocks fryin chicken, we love this Popeyes we think is the best Popeyes in Montgomery, but dude needs to wear a hair net…. but all around the food is fresh!!! Love that chicken from
