I just left Popeyes like 5 minutes ago is June the 3rd and my number one was dry and hard chicken sandwich combo 🤢🤢🤢🤮🗑️👎🏿

Cashier was outside up on entering.Dont believe she washed hands, telling me what I should get- then throw food around on tray!!! After asking to stop! Throw utensils so food fell of of tray.

Visited this location while i was In Montgomery and the service was great … the team was nice and welcoming all my food was hot and fresh

They are always so kind and the food is always good. My favorite Popeyes to go to! I always go during lunch time.

We ordered our food on the app, so it would be ready when we arrived. We ordered like 20 mins ahead. When we got there, the drive through told us they were out of everything we ordered.
We went to another Popeyes to get food. I had to contact customer service two times for a refund. The food was awesome, but the customer service and environment were lacking. If you want popeyes, don't expect to get it after 8. They don't want to make more chicken, even though I ordered early. Did they sell the chicken that I ordered? Who knows. I always leave reviews, food or bad. It was overall a hassle and wasn't worth the headache. Plus a family meal was $57.90. Wayyyy overpriced.

After traveling on the road, I stopped in here to use the restroom. If I didn't have to go so bad, I would've WALKED OUT!!!! I makes no sense how nasty this restroom is. I don't even want to eat here & I'm actually hungry at the moment.

Got in line and orders my food they were out of every drink and didn’t have ice … got home snd my chicken taste like the fryers were burning and they served me the burnt taste chicken … red beans and rice were cold and rice was hard . DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was sent to this store to pick up an Uber Eats order. They didn't have an item the customer ordered, not the customers fault. They refused to substitute for anything; it's THEIR FAULT they ran out of this item. But now your driver gets paid zero, actually losing money after time and gas to get here. I'm doing this to feed my family, and the manager(young male kid) has no compassion, empathy, or ability to understand. Stay away!

01/24; aprox. 12:30pm idk who The lady at the speaker box is but she is VERYY rude for no reason at all. I had two orders and I couldn’t even finish the first part of my order without being cut off. and when i told her i was not done and that “wasn’t it”, her response was as “What is it then?” with the nastiest attitude.

The amount of trash in the parking lot and around the building consistently is completely disgusting.

Out of tenders, anything boneless, sprite, lemonade, and ice. Didn't pack a straw or utensils. The four piece came with a breast, a leg, and two wings instead of the standard breast, thigh, leg, and wing. Should not need to specify to get something standard. Some of the breading tasted burnt. Ordered a large side and got three small containers. It's not wrong, just weird. The whole experience was not worth the time or money.

It will be a long time before I got back to these location. Order wasn't right they want answer the phone. If I can give then zero stars I would. My order was so simply and it was still not right
