Filthy bathroom, tp thrown all over the floors & a dirty sopping wet sink covered in dirty water! Took 30minutes to order & get food. Out of all sides except rice & mash taters, seemed very put out when requesting dipping sauces. Was told they were out of most pieces of chicken....resteraurant was FULL of employees but everyone was moving at turtle speed. My son pointed out all the yellow dirty standing water on floor directly behind the counter. Noone seemed to care how long the line got. We stopped while on a return trip how, it was such a ridiculous situation all we could do was laugh. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone stopping here EVER!!!

Horrible location! I ordered my food and had item missing I was half way home to Pike rd and the turned around to go back in and requested my red bean and rice. The Manager had no customer service at all a simple apology or let me give you large one for your inconvience would had suffice he said nothing just walked to back and got the small one. I ask “are you the manager”? He said yes. Horrible location
Went there they only take CASH and couldn’t take anything over a $20.

OMG!!! So aggravating going to a restaurant and they say "Sorry, we only have mild breast to sale" its only 7: pm something, I thought that was TERRIBLE for chicken business. I left another restaurant and didn't purchase anything because I wanted popeyes, had to leave with no food!!!Update: 1.25.2024Went to a Popeyes on the Southern Blvd. It was ghetto!!! They didn't even have ice. They serves hot drinks at full price. I spent my entire lunch break in the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of me. It was so ridiculous. My coworker later told me that no one likes that popeyes and to avoid it because the service is so bad. The cashier at the window was nice and respectful. The food was ok, not hot but maybe it's because it sat in the window for the 30 minutes I sat in drive thru.

Jan 14,2024 I visited this particular restaurant at 3:20pm I sat at the speaker for ten minutes with no acknowledgement. Not knowing if the speaker was not working I pulled around to the window only for the worker to refuse to take my order unless I drove all the way back around to the speaker! Keep in mind no one was behind us at all after asking over and over to take our order we finally just left due to poor customer service

I have ordered from this location three times and tried to order a couple of more times, no matter what time of day it is, there’s always a huge wait and poor customer service, wrong order, and at times no food at all and I will never come back to this place again. I live near by but I travel to another location to order decent food and receive better, professional service.
Yes. The general manager is on point. Sharmanita was great. The food was freshly made. The taste was phenomenal. Thank you for your hospitality and service.

0 stars. False advertisement. The tower is advertising $6.99 2pc dinner however manager /owner of store decided they don't offer it. So there is nobody to contact to change the tower? Cashier tells you your total and that's it. They make you go back around in the drive thru and don't tell you anything. I asked for the chicken sandwiches to be drop to order and was ignored. No reason to be nice to them when they won't receive it.

I was not asked whether I wanted dark or white meat, mild or spicy. I asked for unsweetened iced tea, I got sickenly sweet iced tea that I could not drink. I received no plastic spork for my mashed potatoes, so couldn't eat in my car during lunch break, had to go inside to search for utensil. Girl at window never smiled once, slightly surly.

The Popeyes on East South Blvd is the absolute worst. it took me 30 minutes to get 5 chicken tenders. The workers are rude and lazy. The heifer with the faded gold tooth kept getting smart with the customers. I asked for a ranch after waiting for 30 minutes and she said it ain't free and rolled her eyes. I will never go there again. I don't recommend anyone to go there unless you have time to waste and want poor customer service

The service is horrible. Drive thru window young girl was very angry at the world, just rude. We've been here at lunch twice: one time no chicken ready second time accepting cards only no cash, then we waited for more than 15 min. Would have left if we didn't pay already. Several times missing items from the order. It has been removed from our lunch choices. There are only a few cars to none when we pass by. No doubt this business will not last long if it continues like this.
