First of all... the food was fine. Other than that.. well... was kinda downhill from that. I realize I'm from South Central Tennessee , and not Montgomery. But I have to say, I could hardly understand either of the people working the front counter. I didn't seem to be the only one having this problem. One patron actually just asked for his money back and left after not being able to understand what the worker was telling him about the change from his order. He just got his money back and left.
I then found that the soft drink despenser had no ice in it , or was broken, and the only thing that was available was Lemonade and water.. sweet tea was available behind the counter I was told.
There were 4 in my group, so we ordered 4 meals... 3 of the 4 meals were served to us with either the wrong Entrée, or the wrong side dish.
Needless to say, it was a very disappointing visit. I will be steering clear of that location from now on.

This doesn't even deserve 1 Star. I’ve had multiple negative experiences at the Popeyes Eastchase location, but the incident on the night of December 23rd really took the cake. We arrived at around 9 PM, well before the official 11 PM closing time, only to be told that they were “cleaning up” and could not serve us. This is completely unacceptable for a restaurant that is supposed to be open for another two hours.

We even asked to speak with a manager, and we were told that no manager was available. This level of customer service is appalling, and it reflects poorly on the training and management of this location. It seems like there is a consistent problem here, no matter what time of day I visit.

For a business that prides itself on quality service and food, it’s incredibly disappointing to be outright refused service when they are still technically open. Whoever was working the night shift on 12/23 needs proper training or, frankly, reconsideration for their role in customer service. I’ve lost confidence in this location and will likely take my business elsewhere from now on.

Worst drive-thru experience ever. Took about 30 minutes to get a sandwich. Lady behind us pulled out. Walked inside and walked out with her food before we got ours sitting out the window. Girl working the window was on her personal phone the whole time. Just handed me the sandwich. No receipt, no thank you. No have a good day. Nothing. Just back to her phone!

Trust the other reviews here. This is the worst popeyes I have ever been too. Incredibly slow and rude service. I was wondering why I never see people coming here and now I see why. I will never return to this Popeyes location.

Just close the store entirely, it’s no point of having it open if no one is taking orders and just standing outside, line not moving. How is the store making money. Employees just come and get a free check.
When will the GM or district manager step in and get things in order

Don't come here asians! A supervisor laughs at us, who has been waiting for 30 minutes, and while waiting for food, all the customers who came behind are eating food. Is it your service spirit to laugh at and refund without proper explanation or guidance? I feel that it is complete racism, and I recommend that Asians here not come again.

I won't forget your ridicule, the employee who lied that he was a supervisor and manager.

The service at the Eastchase location sucked. If I could give 0 stars I would. I stated my entire order through the drive thru and the employee continued to ask me multiple times what it was that I wanted. When I got to the window she asked again what I ordered and gave me the wrong drink. I just took what she gave me out of frustration. Not sure if the employees don’t care or if it’s just a lack of intelligence. Very disappointing.

No one takes orders when we pull in the drive thru! When we finally pull to the window the young lady say oh we can't hear the beep! Like wth line full! No sign or anything! So I proceed to orders at the window she say we only have breast and thighs at the moment I reply I can wait for it to be cooked that's no problem! She stated we can't cook anything until this is gone! Just sorry don't want to work good for nothing I blame management!

Incredibly rude woman at the checkout. Shouting into the loudspeaker "HOLD ON" between every other word because she's got the microphone in her mouth. Had to go back in because she forgot half our order.

At 7:15pm, they said I had to cancel my online order because their system was down. I went inside and they said there are no more sandwiches because they were all frozen until tomorrow. They can't make more chicken so I had to choose what chicken there were left if I wanted some. The employee was very rude and disrespectful. They mocked me when I said there aren't any chicken to choose from by saying what they had were chicken. They made it seem like they were shutting down, but when I asked them what time they are open til, they said 11pm
The worst experience I ever had in a very long time.

Terrible service, had an online order, you would think your food would be ready on time. Definitely not, had my husband pick up, he stated he was here for pick up and gave the name on the order. waited over 20 minutes and never was called on. Front girl forgot about our order, requested refund and asked why he was forgotten. They looked as if he just came in. Manager said you can do refund online. They have no care at all. Do not waste your time. Online refund is a joke

They never have any good service. You sit in the drive thru for a long time before being asked what would you like or greeted! They are always out of most things and it’s not even late! Everytime its the worst restaurant in Eastchase!
