Never eating at Potz & Panz Gourmet Cafe LLC & Catering ever again 1st time eating there today blood was in the chicken as soon as I bit it the customer service was great but I just can't paid 20.50$ for nun all the food was nasty I been throwing up since never again

My husband and I ordered a cheeseburger. It was rare. Blood had saturated the bun, and the fries were sparingly rationed. The poorly managed restaurant surely did not plan for this busy day for the airshow! To underscore the staff's indifferent attitude, there were no napkins for carryout, no apology, and no hospitality. We got a refund- the cook just shrugged at the raw burger and kept attending to his delusions of culinary work. If you are hungry, don't eat here. It's expensive, and service needs an overhaul!

I had to come on here to let y’all know the best tasting barbecue at the fair was Potz & Panz. They are my #1 pick. Now I’m sending someone every week to pick up my orders. The meat was falling off the bone yall. It was perfectly smoked with just the right amount of barbecue sauce. All the flavors melted in my mouth. The sides were homemade seasoned with perfection. It awakened my taste buds. They can throw down! I had to let the the other vendors taste their competition. They even said Potz and Panz won. The flavor was one in a million. Not to mention the owner Mrs. Pugh showed so much love to my family and I. The food tasted like love because she is love. Now I’m addicted! I’m glad she’s serving Montgomery. Go support! I don’t know what I would do if I had to wait on the fair to get another taste. Every week the food remains the same quality. Thank you for the good food and southern hospitality! Most importantly, thank you for letting God use you 🙇🏾‍♀️❤️🙏🏾

Here TDY and stopped by the food court for a quick bite. All the other traditional fast food spots had long lines. Considering they had .real food I decided to give them a try. Pretty good selection of options so I tried the Herb Chicken meal. Came with 2 sides and drink. My meal was actually pretty good! The sweet potatoes could have been a dessert they were so sweet. But no complaints from me. Their prices are a tad bit on the high side but the food I had was good. Reminded me of a Sunday Dinner back home!

Ordered a burger and it was raw. I didn't bother getting a refund because they were busy, and I wasn't confident I could get one and be on my way in a timely manner. I was disgusted and threw it out. Even the fries were terrible.

Bad tasting food, outrageous prices, convenient location (although closes randomly)

They charged $11 for a drumstick and a few pieces of breast meat jerk chicken and rice. $4 for energy drink and then their tablet asks you to tip them. Food was unnecessarily spicy and dry. Vote with your dollar for them to lower prices or for AF Services to give someone else a contract.

Pack your lunch or walk 2 min/500 ft to Dominos or the OTS Shopette for a sandwich instead. Don't get me wrong, neither of those locations have better food, but they are cheaper.

Didn't get to take a picture... but just think bad airline food served in a watery foil tray that's scalding hot from a heat lamp.

The food is full of flavor but not too much. They had a sold out food truck before 12 yesterday. There was a small mix up with my food and I was able to send them a private message on Facebook. They responded so quick and told me to come back today! My coworker went today and they got me right! There was no questions, they remembered the mix up and fixed it. This is why I support small and black owned businesses. Give them a try, customer satisfaction is guaranteed!

I'm a first time customer at this restaurant by recommendation of a friend. I was on my hour lunch break, and had to wait 25 minutes for my order. No one else in line but me, my friend, and a Waiter order. When I finally got the food it was good but pieces of the chicken was bloody. I try to support black owned businesses but situations like this make it hard.
