Waited for pick up order 2 hours after said it would be completed. I understand being busy, but waiting at a restaurant for two hours for ONE meal? At that point I wasn't even hungry anymore. Felt like I was deliberately being ignored by staff as well. Terrible service, food wasn't even good as usual. Waste of my time and $50. Pick up that was supposed to be at 7pm turned into 9pm.

Red Lobster has pretty decent food, but it’s usually better to order takeout than dine in. Every time we eat in, the service is slow and they always seem short-staffed. Still, the food holds up!

Our experience at Red Lobster was absolutely amazing! The food was excellent and full of flavor. We ordered the Admiral’s Feast, a grilled chicken kids’ meal, and one of the new bowls with rice, shrimp, lettuce, and sauce — everything was delicious and perfectly cooked.
Our server, Jaquira, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and we even got dessert!
The ambiance was relaxing and welcoming — truly the best dining experience we’ve had in Montgomery in a long time. I can’t wait to go back again soon!

Do not eat at red lobster in Montgomery, Alabama. They have a bug problem bugs eating you and you finding bugs in your food . A spider bit me at this location and Red Lobster home office reached out to me and basically told me there was nothing they can do for me. They said I did not have a case because I did not catch the spider but I showed the manager my leg . And he basically told me I was lying. Ask the manager to sit down at the booth where I was sitting and he Refused. I was Why not sis you think I’m lying? Maybe the spider can bite you too then you can believe me.

KYLE EXCELLENT SERVICE
Ordered the Sailors boil and Mariners boil online. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was a line waiting. I inquired as to the wait and was told waiting on biscuits for about 20 minutes. I waited for someone to come to the front. By this time there were 6 people waiting. Once I got home, the food was lukewarm. The potatoes were not cooked, they were hard. The corn on the cob was mushy. I requested garlic butter seasoning. There was rarely any seasoning. Very disappointed.

I had an excellent experience at Red Lobster! The service was outstanding Kayla Wayla friendly, attentive, and quick. Shout out to Kayla Wayla and Andrea. The staff made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend the Garlic and Butter Crab your way and the Montgomery,Al location for great food and even better service! 🦞
