The food was super great! Thanks to our server Robin for being so amazing! It was very pleasant to have the manager Zollie stop by and greet us! We will be back!! Thanks to the new CEO for giving us a reason to return!

Awesome I enjoyed my food everything was hot and fresh, I had an patience, kind, willing waiter. Keara was well knowledgeable of the menu she help me with me n my husband budget. Suggested us to shrimp feast what was enough for two people. Thank u keara.🥰

I actually had a horrible experience with missing food on my take out order , left on hold for 30 minutes until I finally talked to Tracy one of the managers.. Tracy listened patiently to my complaint and made sure my missing items were replaced and even brought them out to my car . I own a marketing firm and my team were in the middle of choosing a restaurant to hold lunch meetings and until I met Tracy Red lobster was ruled out . She’s a credit to your staff and was polite , understanding and ultimately made me feel like a valued customer. . This survey would have been a one star without her .

I provide my full order when I sat down. Biscuits were served but my drink did not come right away so I ate one. I ordered a side salad but it was not brought out until my drink came. The wait staff finally realized she never brought out the drink. I ordered blue cheese dressing. Out so I was brought ranch. I was not asked other options. I ate it because I did not want to send it back. I ordered blackened catfish and was brought out fried. What else could go wrong.
They never brought us biscuits and they took an hour to bring us food. The service was disappointing for Valentine's Day. We kept asking for refills but never got them.
We haven't been in awhile but I enjoyed it as usual.

We decided to go to Red Lobster tonight before watching the Super Bowl somewhere, and the manager, Z, turned on the game streaming through his phone in a private room so we could watch it while we dined. Our server, Hope, was great. Very attentive and the food was excellent. Definitely be going back. Thanks!

I loved Red Lobster until last night. Slowest drink service I'd ever had. Bill still wasn't right after correcting it twice (I was over charged). My live lobster got dropped on the floor. Biscuits never even came. My wife asked for salad dressing at least three times, it never came. Just a really disappointing experience, especially when it was a date night that my wife and I rarely get. $125 dollars... for my wife to say "we shoulda gone to Subway."

Sadly disappointed with this place. Ordered the Grilled Shrimp with Seared Brussels. Brussels were spot on but the shrimp didn’t appear to be grilled at all. Hubby ordered Fish and Chips. He didn’t know that it came with an extra side of fries and coleslaw. There were fries already on the plate. I know portion control is important to the food service. Our waitress was assigned to a large party that came in which left us and other guests waiting for the simplest things for quite a bit. I ended having to go by the kitchen and ask for our waitress. Here’s hoping they can improve overall.🙏🏼

We were served old cheddar bay biscuits as hard as a brick. I ordered 1 lb. Snow crab legs. They were thin legs & nor much meat & there iss no way the before cooking weight was a pound. I was very disappointed. I ordered as a side broccoli which was cooked perfectly but they were not seasoned. The best thing I ordered was the side salad. It was fresh & crisp & I was sad to see the last bite was gone it was so good. I was so happy to order Snow crab legs & recieve cheddar bay biscuits, what a disappointment!!! I'm going back next Tues. & order the same thing to go. But. I will check it prior to leaving. If they don't make it right then they can keep it. I'm not paying top dollar for crab I could have bought at the grocery store. What happened to you guys at Red Lobster?!!
