Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I can honestly say as someone that will eat about anything, this was the most disgusting inedible meal I’ve ever had. In fact, if I had not done my insulin shot, I would not have taken a bite. It was basically nothing but grease. The waiter was great, but the food was absolutely disgusting.

Trey was was our server. He was nice but not competent. He put in the wrong drink from the bar and waited until my guest was done to bring her extra fries. He kept coming up with random excuses.
The food was amazing.
I haven't been in years but I'll try a different server.

ordered online and waited an hour after the time it told me it was going to be ready ordered a burger with everything on it it came plain .

Man…I feel super bad for the staff here. Everyone was very nice but this might be some of the worst service/food I’ve had in a very long time. Kitchen couldn’t care less either. It’s most likely the company’s fault. Seems like all Red Robin restaurants have really gone down hill lately.

Managers put their dirty bare hands in fries and serve them to customers.

Good food and service. Our server Caleb was great: knew the menu, always attentive and personable. Manager came by to check on us as well.

We went to Red Robin after shopping last nice. My favorite is the Monster burger which is two patties with your choice of cheese. Much better tasting than most fast food choices. The streak fries unfortunately were not freshly cooked to order tasting barely warm like they came from a batch with a warmer. Highly recommend for families, nice atmosphere, good service. Burgers are excellent.
