This was our first time at Red Robin and it was a really great experience from start to finish!
The complimentary steak fries were a standout—hot, fresh, and kept coming, which was a nice surprise. The menu had so many options too—we noticed everything from burgers to pizza and milkshakes, so there’s definitely something for everyone. Even though we didn’t try everything, it was great to see that variety.
Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. The service really added to the overall experience.
The food was flavorful, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it felt like a place we’d absolutely come back to again.

Although the store was having a few minor difficulties, the staff really worked well as a team to take care of everyone. The food was cooked wonderfully, the service was great, and the manager was very friendly.

Horrible management! Horrible service! They cant cook right. They undercooked my sons burger. We sent it back and they returned with another that smelled like cigarette smoke. Never again Red Robin Montgomery, you wont get anymore money from us.

When we entered we were greeted by several employees and were seated immediately. I ordered a frozen mango margherita. I have no idea what I received but it was not mango. It was pale yellow and tasted strange. When I asked our waitress to double check that it was mango and that it tasted odd, she quickly copped an attitude saying she made it herself and that it was honey mango. Another waitress brought out our food and I voiced my concern/complaint about my mango margherita and she took the drink back to the bar area. Our waitress came back again with an attitude and told us again she had made it and it was honey mango. She offered to put passion fruit flavoring in it in leau of getting me the correct drink. I kept the nasty tasting drink so as to avoid any other type of confrontation with our waitress. Our food was ok, a little above sub par. We will certainly not be coming back to this Red Robin.
03/10/27: My complaint is not about drink refills but about our waitresses bad attitude, twice. She refused to accept that the drink she made was not made correctly

My daughter Had an interesting yet accidental experience on Valentine’s Day (a drink spilled on her outfit) I spoke with the kitchen manager and he put her and her date down for free meals. Emma was amazing and EJ was as well. Please check out the burger picture! First class all the way! Hummmm!

Visit the location in Montgomery, AL today, the young lady seated us at a booth where food was all over the floor, the table was dirty as well as the seats. We moved ourselves to another booth, and another, and they were nasty also. We waited for our waiter to come over and instead of coming over they were looking at us and pointing, I guess because we moved to another booth from where we were seated. After no one came to our booth we left, on the way out I told the hostess why we moved from the booth where she seated us and that we were leaving. I’ll n never go back again. I can imagine what the kitchen look like which isn’t visible to the public if they let the visible part be that nasty. The health department need to pay a visit. Forewarned, be careful.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Waited to be seated because no one at the desk. Then finally seated and got menus multiple servers walked past us including I’m guessing the manager and never acknowledged us. Between waiting to be seated and someone finally coming over to say IM SO SORRY AND KEPT SERVING OTHER TABLES it’s was about 20+ minutes until we decided to just leave. Then as we’re walking out he just says sorry again. Exactly why I do most things in prattville.

I can honestly say as someone that will eat about anything, this was the most disgusting inedible meal I’ve ever had. In fact, if I had not done my insulin shot, I would not have taken a bite. It was basically nothing but grease. The waiter was great, but the food was absolutely disgusting.

Trey was was our server. He was nice but not competent. He put in the wrong drink from the bar and waited until my guest was done to bring her extra fries. He kept coming up with random excuses.
The food was amazing.
I haven't been in years but I'll try a different server.

ordered online and waited an hour after the time it told me it was going to be ready ordered a burger with everything on it it came plain .
Man…I feel super bad for the staff here. Everyone was very nice but this might be some of the worst service/food I’ve had in a very long time. Kitchen couldn’t care less either. It’s most likely the company’s fault. Seems like all Red Robin restaurants have really gone down hill lately.

Managers put their dirty bare hands in fries and serve them to customers.
I absolutely love Red Robin.. I have been going there for years!
