Salad Express-Montgomery, Al

The business was not opened yesterday. I was told by another restaurant that the company does not open everyday. Why post business hours/availability and not abide by it? I really wanted a good salad.

I'm so excited right now, and I can't keep this alone to myself. I saw a review on a page about MRS. The grill salmon is very good. The place under new management ?.

Very disappointed showed up to the establishment at 6p.m. and one lady was sitting inside and another in the back but the door was locked. No one came to the door and the hours stated 11a.m. to 9p.m. called the business and the ladies did not answer. Very unprofessional in my opinion or advertise on the door new hours if they did change.

I enjoyed my salad! There’s a nice selection of salad items or you can choose one of their specialty salads. I’ll definitely be back.

We just paid $20 for a cold bowl of soup, small salad and 2 bottles of water. 0 out of 0. Would not recommend. Editing to add, the employee that handed me the soup said “I wanted to wait until you got here to pour the soup so it would be hot”.....

I called at 10:38am on 6/2/21 and the voicemail pickup, so I hung up and called back, "Salad express", I said want to place an order , "(a sigh) we're not even open yet" so I sighed and said ok, she asked me why I was talking like that and I told her I'm talking just like you. She told me(hahaha) why you blowing up the phone like that, I said listen hear Gul I just called there two times, she said it must have been someone else. Such rude customer service

Welcoming customer service and nice selection of salads , but the salad I got was very bland. I usually never add salt to my food but had to because it lacked flavor. I can say I got full, although the food is a tad bit overpriced for what you get.

Our first time here ; the experience was not one I would like to have again. We wasn’t greeted when we walked in . There was a young lady and young man there. Only two employees. She allowed us to place our order sit there and wait for it just for me to get up to the register and tell us we can’t eat inside the restaurant because she has to go on break and is leaving and has to be back by a certain time. What a total inconvenience for me and my family to have to eat inside our car . If we weren’t allowed in the restaurant she should have told us that before we ordered. We spent almost $30 .I could have went somewhere else and I will from now on. Very unprofessional staff no training. Once she asked us to leave she posted a sign on the door that said a gone until 3.

Great customer service and great food!

The 2 girls behind the counter were sweet and polite the salad was fresh and delicious.

It was delicious the salads are very big❤️ & you can build your own salad or pick one from there menu . I loved it I highly recommend this if you want a healthy meal . It’s very fresh !

We didn't hate it

Well before i went to work yesterday i stoped by to get a salad early that afternoon the person seemed like they were irritated i didnt pay it no mind at first because everybody has their days but when i went to take my order i guess i was taking to long too figure out what i wanted like she wanted me to hurry up so she can go back to doing whatever she was doing she didn't even make my salad right i was messing a few things i asked for but i decided to come back today with my wife too give it another try it was two girls this time i was greeted nicely, wasn't rushed and they were very nice and one even started conversation with me and our wrap and salad was amazing so just for that i will give them five stars the store is not horrible its just not all the employees are very nice people .
