We got the Smoked Turkey Sandwich. It was delicious. The medium sandwich is huge! We brought home half a sandwich each.

They weren’t very busy for the service to be subpar. We waited for several minutes for someone to take our order before having to ring the bell. Cashier wasn’t very welcoming.

After finally placing our order, the food took a long time to be prepared. Perhaps understaffed?

Love their original sandwich. Where we live, there are no Schlotzsky's. We were visiting the area and drove 20 miles to go there.

The sandwiches are amazing from the sourdough roll to the succulent roast beef. The restaurant is clean and well lit. The staff is courteous and friendly.

Nobody came to the counter inside, I waited 20 minutes. Went to the drive thru and still took forever. The bread was stale and there was a hair on my food, so I couldn't even eat it after waiting all that time and wasting my whole lunch break!

Freshest bread of any schlotzkys we've been to.

I've eaten here 3 or 4 times now and have not been disappointed. The food is always very good, but often seems to be slightly off from perfection. The service is very good. The cashier was very patient when I had trouble with the app to redeem an offer. It seems to be family owned and staffed. Good value on a great sandwich.

Food was good, customer service was not. In sketchy area

The Turkey Bacon Club was mostly bread and lettuce. Smudge of tomato and hardly any very thin deli sliced turkey. Mostly what I found at Schlotsky’s was an expensive sandwich that in no way was “piled high”. I’m done with Schlotsky’s. Disappointed.

Cheese bread way over cooked, very crunchy/hard.
