I've eaten here 3 or 4 times now and have not been disappointed. The food is always very good, but often seems to be slightly off from perfection. The service is very good. The cashier was very patient when I had trouble with the app to redeem an offer. It seems to be family owned and staffed. Good value on a great sandwich.
Food is delicious but I feel is way over priced. The service is not that great either. The staff is always rude anytime I ask to change anything on the menu or ask questions. They also don’t know how to talk in the mic for drive through.

They weren’t very busy for the service to be subpar. We waited for several minutes for someone to take our order before having to ring the bell. Cashier wasn’t very welcoming.
After finally placing our order, the food took a long time to be prepared. Perhaps understaffed?
