I visited Shane's Rib Shack for the final time today, having been there on multiple occasions prior. Despite ordering Fries with cheese and pork, I was brought Loaded fries instead. Furthermore, the dish contained an unwanted extra protein source, a bug. Upon notifying the manager, she offered to remake the order, which I declined due to loss of appetite. She graciously offered a refund, proceeded to process it, and informed me that the amount would be credited back to my card. Subsequently, I checked the restaurant's health inspection score, which was 88. This experience has led me to echo a well-known phrase: CLEAN UP.

I feel like I must have personally slighted whoever cooked my meal. The blandest BBQ I’ve ever had—literally no seasoning. The ribs, pulled pork, Mac and cheese & fries all taste like they were made a Sunday ago and on top of that flavorless. Whoever in that kitchen that did this to me, I’m sorry for whatever you think I did to you. It wasn’t me. Godbless.

I PURCHASED A HALF CHICKEN PLATE FROM SHANE’S.THE CHICKEN WAS YELLOW INSIDE AND HALF COOKED.THE SIDES COME FROM A CAN.THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

I love customer service, the peach cobbler, and the baked beans! I can eat those baked beans for days. The bread and the ribs, however, was room temperature. The bread was not freshly made or toasted, and the ribs was tasty and juicy but not warm. The mac and cheese was ok. I hope they get better, the side dishes and deserts were great; I wish the main dish was better.
We no longer have a Shanes in the area and this trip my wife found this location and we were excited. Although this was quite a way off the interstate once inside it brought back some wonderful memories. My wife ordered a BBQ sandwich on Texas Toast with fries as did our son. I had the half chicken unsauced as I like to sauce my own with their Carolina sauce but this skin on half chicken was rather crispy but was still fairly good. I had potato salad and baked beans with my meal. I was having trouble deciding on the half chicken plate or the shaniac burger which I had not in a few years. The young ladies and manager up front were very kind and did their best to accommodate each request we had. They also had coupons they let us use to save some money. We really enjoyed the lunch my family had at this Shane's.

Food was decent. Ordered a grilled chicken salad, received a fried chicken salad. I had to send it back. Ordered water but asked for a larger cup. Was not told I would be charged the almost 3 dollars for the soft drink price. We arrived at 8pm they are open until 9pm and only 4 tables were left open for inside dining. The others had been closed off.
