This little gem opens at 5am, and I got there by 5:15-5:20a and there were 2 other people already trying to get donuts and breakfast sandwiches!
Yes, she has breakfast sandwiches and croissants also! I saw an assortment of doughnuts, donut holes and other pastries. Didn't get to take a picture of the 2 dozen that I bought but a mixed dozen was $15.50 and a plain dozen, well, I can't recall but it was obviously cheaper. Both were SO delicious.
If you need a comparison, which isn't my thing... but I get it if you do😉...it's more like eating a thicker, but very delicious, Krispy Kreme donut 🍩
This was my first time purchasing, but not my first time trying them! The plain glazed are my favorite 😚👌🏽
The most top-rated doughnut shop in Montgomery did not disappoint. We drove from downtown on a Saturday morning around 7:30am to get doughnuts from Shelley herself.
Inside a strip mall, the space is well maintained but not fancy at all. Most get their food to go as there isn't a place to sit inside.
There was a deserved line, but it moved quickly.
Sadly, they were out of kolaches when we arrived, but they had plenty of doughnut, breakfast burritos, and breakfast sandwiches.
The chocolate glazed doughnut was excellent in size, taste, and texture. The breakfast burrito with sausage hit the spot too. It's sizeable and comes with a slightly sweet salsa. My entire order was $5.

I know Shelley pretty well.... ordered 9 dozen donuts and got rave reviews from the Open House I took them too..... Apple Fritters may be the BEST on Earth. Rick Mayer
Definitely get there early because they sell out fast. Got an assorted half-dozen for a little over $9. Not too sweet and has a nice selection to choose from. The donuts were fluffy and delicious!

Very friendly and professional customer service! Get here early and quick, because they go fast as well as they close up early. The donuts are the best, always delicious!! No Military or Veteran Discount, but she gives you good deals!!
Me and my granddaughter stopped by to get donuts and they were the best I will be going back.. One happy customer!!!!

Shelley is always friendly and courteous. Her maple donuts and blueberry cake donuts are delicious! I try to call the day before with by order b/c the popular donuts can go quickly, especially on days schools are in session. The prices are very reasonable. You can't beat Shelley's Donuts!
Literally and easily the best donuts in Montgomery hands down. Always fresh and Ms.Shelley is the sweetest lady ever. The donuts sell out quick so get there before 8 am if you can because it’s worth it. 🫶🏾
