I absolutely love Smoothie King in Eastchase Montgomery Alabama. I have a strong sugar addiction that I can curve with ple ty of healthy options and treats at this shop. I have also enjoyed the memories that I have made with my mom, dad, coworkers, colleagues, church members, and friends because the atmosphere is always fun, festive, free, and healthy. I have lost my credit card at this location, and the workers were so used to me, they had it waiting for me when I returned. None of my money was stolen from my credit card. I feel safe dining here. I have also lost weight drinking some of their healthy smoothie options as they have a large variety of healthy items to choose from. My favorites are the Acai smoothie bowl, Coco Haze Smoothie Bowl, and the Carribean Way Smoothie with the energizer and diet down and collagen boosters. I am Dr. Sylvia Caver and I highly recommend this Smoothie King business.

I got what I ALWAYS get at the Auburn and Daphne Smoothie King - a strawberry mango pure recharge. It has a horrible aftertaste that I have never experienced until stopping at this location. It literally tastes like clorox.

Very crowded, zero customer service. They didn’t even look up to greet customers as they came inside the store. I had to wait 15 minutes past the delivery time projected by the app. They have a new cup design, but they must be saving the 6 cups they had behind their delivery area for their buddies as she told me they were out. Definitely not a place you’d want to repeat.

I was really surprised by the service at the Eastchase location. Normally, it’s great but this last interaction was not customer service satisfactory. I come here often but I wasn’t welcomed today…No smile, just dry! I love friendly faces! When you’re behind the counter, be as courteous and kind as possible…No exceptions!!!
I gave a three for the smoothie because it tasted watery. Took it home and added my own touch.
I gave a two for the service because I wasn’t pleased with the interaction. (Please, work on this)!!
I gave a three for the atmosphere because there was no paper towels in the bathroom. Had to use tissue to dry my hands.
I am a rewards member and I spend a lot of money annually at Smoothie King! I want every dollar worth spending!
