Dumb ass worker lied and said they gave us our food. We got nothing. Waited a hour and when we asked where the food was was told "we gave it to you" tried to fight with us and was about to tell them to search my damn car when they said they would give us a refund. Wasted my time and now I have to be alert and make sure they didnt steal money from me when my bank shows the transaction and the transaction reversed. If it doesn't reverse there is hell to pay.

Please avoid coming here. These people took our order and had us waiting for 30min then after I ask what was taken so long when I noticed vehicles were pulling up after us and leaving. They told us the wait is another 30min because they cancelled our order claiming we drove off. Instead of just telling the truth be saying they given our order to the wrong car.

Took forever to get my drinks I was waiting for about 20-30 minutes for just 3 drinks

I placed my orders through the app. The last time I did that I had to wait a long while and then go inside to find my food on a shelf. The manager said that the times on the app are not correct. I said but my food is ready, it’s just sitting there. When I got to my destination my eggs had been cooked on an unclean grill. They had dark color throughout and around the edges. My bacon was undercooked and had to be taken off and not eaten. Today, I thought that I would try them again because this site used to be my go to spot before the fire. Today during the lunch hours, I had to wait again and there was only four or five cars on the lot. My food was ice cold. As if the fries were placed under an air conditioner vent. The smashed burger wasn’t as cold as the fries but it wasn’t even warm. Since the fire this site has really gone down. It is a neighborhood store and I was very happy that it reopened. Not so much now. I will try again in a month.
