This is one of inky two Sonics in Montgomery with good food. The problem is the staff and their blatant racism. My favorite interaction was when I tipped the guy in yoga pants in coins. He looked at me. Never greeted me. Never said a word. Nothing. It was two dollars in quarters, but my skin is pale and I couldn't get so much as one word from him. Another time a literal big was in my shake- same server. Not a word. Worst service in the city, which is not a high bar.

Ordered the peppermint brownie bark shake for my friend and they gave us peanut butter which she's allergic to. It's a good thing I wanted to try it first or she'd be in the hospital

This Sonic is in a really busy location so I wouldn’t want to try to eat here during rush hour unless you are coming from the east where you can turn right in.
I ordered through the app and it took about five minutes for my food to arrive.
Laquita delivered my food. She was very friendly 🙂
Compared to the east chase location, I had a much better experience with the quality of food and service

If I could give 0 stars I would! My husband and I have been coming to this sonic for years and it has never been as bad at it was tonight! We waited over an hour for an order! Then we door dash and one customer ordered two milkshakes and they melted all in my car before the rest of the order was ready! Then when I finally got my food, it was awful!!!!! And I was shorted on my order!
Why put a burnt bun on my Burger? Clearly the employee saw this. Carter Hill Rd Sonic Shane on your employee

I arrived at the sonic to order one Reese's blast.. in the midst of me waiting on someone to answer the light, the two crew member and a manager 🌈walked from on side the building...while waiting 10 mins for a drink only one of the 🌈 went back on side the building anyway A car pulled up and ordered food and received their food before my drink only.. when I asked, how is it they received food before my drink only.. the carhop said I'm just doing my job and walked off without giving me my blast lol what was he on further more what were they doing onside the building.. the two crew members and manager 😮🤔🤦🏿♀️

Not sure how this place is even still open. They are rude and the food always takes way longer than it should for how little business they have. I’ve been ordering on the app and get there when it says my food will be ready then still have to sit there and wait sometimes 20-30 more minutes!? Then when I try to call to ask if there’s an issue, they NEVER answer, never apologize for the long wait. You’ll get your food faster by just pulling up and ordering at the box but even then it takes so long. NOT fast food at all and it tastes disgusting
