This is the best Sonic in Montgomery. They always have what you need and are quick to get it out to you. Always have ice cream available and everything else! Kind people and way better than the east chase one, sorry😂

Visited last night for a quick snack. The pretzel and mozzarella sticks were hot and fresh. My slushie was awesome too. The young lady who brought me my items, was very polite and made sure we had what we needed.

WORST SONIC EXPERIENCE EVER — Avoid the Atlanta Hwy Location in Montgomery
I sincerely wish I could give this Sonic less than one star. My experience was truly awful from beginning to end.
Excessive wait with no service — I sat at a carhop stall for 15–20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, despite multiple button presses. Other customers who arrived much later were served first. No order ever taken — After waiting, someone eventually told me that the stall didn’t work, with no apology or explanation.

these folks do not be open at 2am they cut the lights off and no one be in the building happened 3 times since working over near them to grab something little.stop putting the wrong times on google so yall dont have to work .this needs to be reported

Service is sorry everytime I go. Workers have attitudes if I ask for more napkins. Store hours of operation is wrong says it closes at 1AM but they stop taking orders at 12

I came here After leaving the sonic in eastchase due to poor customer service. They told me it would be a few minutes cause they’re rebooting & will come to the mic when done.. ( they didn’t) 20 minutes later, I press it again & they say “drive thru only” now I drove to Atlanta hwy, they immediately take my order at the stall & bring my drink out literally within a minute!!! Tipped $10 just because I was grateful. I’ll be coming out of my way to this one now.
