I came here After leaving the sonic in eastchase due to poor customer service. They told me it would be a few minutes cause they’re rebooting & will come to the mic when done.. ( they didn’t) 20 minutes later, I press it again & they say “drive thru only” now I drove to Atlanta hwy, they immediately take my order at the stall & bring my drink out literally within a minute!!! Tipped $10 just because I was grateful. I’ll be coming out of my way to this one now.

If you like waiting 30 minutes for your slushy then this is the place to be. I consistently wait 30 or more minutes when I come here. It’s not a one off this is how they run the place. A huge waste of time.

Footlong coney was burnt. Seriously, how do you burn a hotdog? The bacon cheeseburger had 1 pc of bacon on it, dry (no condiments) and like it was thrown from across the room and then delivered it to us. Tried calling the number on the receipt and the number was disconnected. Take your job seriously or find people who will!

I went there order number 1. I ask for ketchup and mustard only with groovy fries, and ocean water.i got home to eat, ther was mayo,,lettuce, tomato. The fries was cold. The waiter was rude my sandwich was warm. I tried to call the phone went to voice mail. Very disgusted

Waited for over 30 minutes and never got my order. Pushed the red button and he said they had my order, but still nothing 10 minutes later. The workers were sitting inside on their phones and another was outside with a group of young boys. Tried to get a refund but no one would answer my call. Worst experience ever! The girl pictured was the only one “working” but yet apparently didnt have time to make my food item.

Tried this location multiple times, always placing my order through the app. Every time, they have no cars in lot when I order, yet food is brought out 5-10 minutes after app thinks it's delivered. This time they delivered to the wrong stall even though I have to check in in the app. Received my food 16 minutes after quoted time. Don't go here if you value your time or sanity.

Terrible service. First guy asked for our order but didn’t add it to the screen. A few minutes later a woman asked for our order. We gave it but she asked us to repeat our order 5 times. They also charged us for a medium water. I’ve never been charged for a cup of water before in the states. Will never return to this Sonic.
