I went there to order it took them for ever to finally talk to me and when I finally order it took them along time to get my food, So I call them and said that I could not wait any longer the server answer me with a very bad attitude. So, I open the door to ask for my my money the floor was disgusting there were inside just talking not doing anything, And I told her that I need my money back because I could not wait any longer and the manager told me do not come back in this store like that was her own business. this people where very nasty that' is not a place for people to buy food. please stay away from this store the one on east chase. until they change the manager and her team.

Was the only car in the entire parking lot. Went to a bay and was asked to drive around. No problem. Pulled around and ordered three milkshakes. Sat for a few minutes...was then told "we can only make two milkshakes." Like, you only have two cups for something? We just went down to Chick-fil-A. What a wild place. #wouldgive0

Absolutely the worst experience. Took them 20 minutes to even open the window and acknowledge us after telling us to pull forward for our mobile order. They had horrible attitudes, as if you were bothering them for ordering food. I did a mobile order and only drive thru was open, when we told them at the drive thru they did not even put in that we were there. Since it took them 20 minutes to acknowledge us we were just sitting there wasting our time, since they did not want to check us in. Then once they checked us in it took another twenty minutes to even give us our food. The order was completely wrong, the grilled cheese was charcoal. Definitely will never return. It should not take that long to receive your food from fast food

I am very disappointed with my visit tonight. Not only did I have to repeat my order more than 5 times, they still managed to mess my order up. I don’t think my burger used the same patties because it tasted drastically different. My boyfriend had two top buns on his burger. The worker didn’t know how to fix a blue raspberry lemonade on ice and then charged me for a slushie. This location needs a complete redo and hire more people that are willing to work with the public. I will not be revisiting and instead driving further to a different location.

I had it at two stars. Waited a year and recently went back to see if the customer service had changed. No. It's still poor. Let's face it, this sonic is the worst in town and if it closed I don't think anyone would care because the staff is so bad they couldn't be the janitors at chick fil A.
Um yeah, waited on door dash here and no seems really bothered to help you. If folks are waiting on food whether for themselves or others, then simply communicate.

This is why this particular location has a low-rating compared to other restaurants in East Chase.

They are either closed, not taking app orders, not using stalls or out of food... on BOGO chili cheese coney's after 20mins waiting they inform me the chili is frozen... WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING??? I've tried with this place... it is AWFUL... don't recommend any fastfood in Montgomery, it's a JOKE!
