This sonic has the worst service of any sonic I have ever been to. It will take them forever to answer the call button if they do at all. Half the time they will tell you to drive to the drive-through. I waited 20 minutes to get my order, called them again, and was told to go through the drive-through. Void this place at all costs.

Wanted to place an app order but couldn’t find a stall number. Went through the drive-thru and waited 30 minutes and no one answered the speaker. We drove off. This has to be the worst service ever. Couldn’t even request a refund through the app. DO NOT COME HERE.
Pulled up to order pushed button no one responded for almost 15 minutes. I decided to push it again these when they tell me to pull to the drive through once again another long wait I only have an hour lunch break so I pulled off and did not get a chance to place an order. But I will not be back.

I pulled up around 6pm on a Tuesday night. I pressed the button and waited 10 minutes and no one answered my call. I activated it again and watched 4 employees just stand there laughing and talking DOING NOTHING. There were only 2 other vehicles there besides me so they were not slammed with orders. After waiting another 5 minutes I realized no one has even come out to service the other vehicles that were there before me. I did leave without service.

I will be reaching out to them as a follow up.Disappointing visit- I don’t write negative reviews very easily.This seems simple to solve. driving through Montgomery on our road trip. Stopped to get our drinks and showed our “Sonic Survey Free Drink”. Ordered the drinks when we went to pay they would not take our “Sonic Survey” coupon. They wouldn’t take a Sonic Corp Coupon and charged us.Seems simple to me - since it was a “Sonic Survey” and they are a Sonic’s. Honor the coupon or at least discount our one drink- something for being a loyal Sonic’s customer.The coupon is attached to a Sonic’s receipt.Yes simple and disappointing customer service. And the bathroom was locked so we couldn’t use the bathroom either ??We got our drink order and hit the road.

I went here for a client of mine. The lady TyErica Johnson (spell check) was so nice and helpful. I asked her name because she was so friendly & polite. That's not something you find these days in fast food especially in drive through. She was very informative and patient because I had a ton of questions. The food was good and hot. I will definitely recommend and revisit this location.
