I worked for Starbucks for years, even at this location years ago, and it’s so sad to see the customer service and work ethic progressively decline over time. I’m a regular at this store because it’s very close to my house but unfortunately I’m going to have to start driving out of my way to the Vaughn Rd location where they still have excellent customer service. I went inside to grab my mobile order because the line was backed up and the girl who was on bar was extremely rude when I asked for a long straw (they were out at the condiment bar). She rolled her eyes and looked behind me as if I was lying to her. She handed me the straw and said nothing. I had to tell HER to have a great day and even then she ignored me. Unacceptable, especially considering how much the prices have increased over time. It’s not worth it anymore. The employees used to actually be nice and happy but now you always feel like you’re bothering them.

One of the Barista (Girl) short morning shift 8:30 am, extremely unprofessional.. Seems like she just dont wana be there. You see her face you get sleepy…. Ugly attitude + no customer service….I was planning on coming everyday before my work starts cus its closer then any other brach of Starbucks but i guess i am going to re consider…. Might aswel just stop by at one of the convenience stores at least their employees welcome you and are friendly….. smh

This Starbucks is amazing, this morning I made a mistake on the app and ordered at the wrong location but the lady here was so sweet and helped me call the other location to cancel the order instead of driving all over town before work, I really appreciate it.

These girls need to go to the school of excellent customer service. This Location as compared to the one on the boulevard is like night and day, literally. These girls do not greet you when you come in, they have nasty attitudes and always have a chip on their shoulder especially when it's busy, and they act like you are not supposed to want your order in a timely manner. The one on the boulevard is so professional. They have an associate standing there.When you come in to greet you and he has the ipad so he can get your order to you in a timely manner. They are friendly and they go the extra mile whenever you need them too. Take Notes ladies in order to improve your review. Addendum: i have visited the store twice since this review. I want to thank the owner for his response.And for the changes that were implemented with staffing. The difference Is noticed and appreciated. Keep up the good work.

I was trying to get a cup of water and I told him I would purchase it but they won’t allow it. They wanted me to buy something and then they would give me the water. I mean horrible service is not. It’s 100° outside by the way.
Ordered a cold brew. Drive thru told me to pull around front. I waited at least 10 minutes and went inside to see if they forgot about me. I was ignored another few minutes. Then I finally was like I have to go to work has my drink been made yet? It's just a cold brew. A girl pulls it off the top shelf and hands it to me. Wow. Thanks.....

Choose another starbucks location! The employees here are rude and not very friendly. A simple smile goes a long way! My order was not upto the regular SB standards, they can definitely work on being a little more cheerful and helpful. And making sure they follow order instructions because customers pay to get what they want. Never returning to this location again!!! A big NO.
