When we first walked in we were the only people, music was loud and distracting in my opinion. When someone finally approached mr at the register it was hard to hear him. Everyone worked and walked around like they were lost and didn't know what to do. Not impressed with their work ethic.

There's honestly no point in coming to Starbucks anymore if I can't dress my own coffee. It tastes better when I make it myself at the gas station. Covid ruined my entire Starbucks experience. I thought backwards backwoods Alabama may be different but honestly like just about everything in Montgomery, Alabama.... its worse.
