There's honestly no point in coming to Starbucks anymore if I can't dress my own coffee. It tastes better when I make it myself at the gas station. Covid ruined my entire Starbucks experience. I thought backwards backwoods Alabama may be different but honestly like just about everything in Montgomery, Alabama.... its worse.

Been here in person and delivery. They still don't know how to make iced caffee mocha. It's either too bitter or too sweet. Today I didn't even get my sweet cream cold foam that I paid extra on it.

Restrooms are in need of attention. The plate on the light switch is on the floor. The girl that takes the order gives you what she thinks you should have. However, the barista was fantastic.
I came to this place to work remotely. I ordered a Java Frappuccino on the app, but I didn't enjoy it that much. I was a little grossed out by the tables as they were not wiped down even once during the four hours I spent there.On the bright side, the artwork on the walls was nice and the air smelled great. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Despite the unpleasant experience with the table cleanliness, I'll probably give this place another chance in the future.
