Felt like the ac was on a little too low!¡

Service was great, WiFi was ok, A/C was great to cool off while enjoying the caffeine.

Stopped off at this location on our way back to KC for some much needed caffeine! So friendly and made the best Carmel Macchiato’s! Love this location. Will definitely be back.

I absolutely HATE this location. Every time I find myself here for whatever reason there is always something wrong. Yesterday it was them trying to pass off low fat milk for the soy milk I ordered. I should have figured something was wrong when my hot Venti Soy Latte was ready in less than 30 seconds. Unfortunately for me I was on my way out of town and didn’t start drinking my coffee until I reached the interstate. After 9 or 10 sips of trying to convince myself that maybe my early morning taste buds were deceiving me, I stopped drinking it. I was on a time crunch and couldn’t go all the way back to the store. I have a high lactose intolerance and am extremely sensitive to anything dairy. Thirty minutes later I began to get severe stomach cramps and pain. My whole 5 hour trip was destroyed because someone at this location thought it was ok to give me, more than likely, a leftover drink, that was made with milk instead of the soy milk I asked for.

I'm a REGULAR !!! and Today Dylan ruined that ! She was RUDE and thought I drove off while talking crap to other employees ! If you're not FRIENDLY, and lack common courtesy working with the public isn't for you ! However, I LOVE the morning crew !

They didn't listen to my order. The y made it two siz3s to small, I corrected them and it was still wrong.

Great people working here. Clean, organized with great manager.
Update on my review. Very friendly people working here. Rod is a great manager. All the Baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. I love this SB for the people and the coffee ☕️!
My one issue is the decor. Very old and dated. Chairs not comfy and it just looks tired.

I was just having an extremely bad day and the sweet barista wrote “you’re the best” on my coffee cup on my mobile order. So kind and sweet and I hope whoever wrote that on my coffee cup knows that it just made me day.

Fastest Starbucks I’ve ever been to!

My entire interaction, to include the time it took my to turn into Starbucks, get in line, get my drink and get back onto Atlanta Highway took a whopping 3 minutes; and that’s with a car in front of me at the window. This is much appreciated for someone who doesn’t even have time to stop from coffee. THANK YOU!

Not to mention, I don’t think I’ve ever felt hostility or negativity through the drive through employees, and in Montgomery that says something. I’ll keep coming here as long as that second one doesn’t change.

Amazing place to come sit down, get some work done, and enjoy a nice vibe with your coffee. Their new Ice Energy drinks really gave me the burst of energy I needed to get through some of my work.

I frequent this store the most in Montgomery. I was having a incredibly rough day and the kindess I received from the employee in the drive thru gave me the strength I needed.

This is a repost since my last one was deleted for some reason. Most likely due to the negative.

I'm not sure what's going on with the ordering but here's a picture of what you order versus a picture of what you get. I actually purchased a venti but as you can see in the picture only a fraction full and there is no ice....drinks regularly incorrect here.... Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead when you're in a hurry, you don't have time to stop. Go back. Wait wait for the order to be corrected.
