This has got to be one of the worst Starbucks now, as someone who worked at this location for years, now when I come to get a drink, it’s always either rung up wrong, made incorrectly, it’s a 50/50 on if whoever I’m speaking to even understands what I’m trying to order or if I’m now speaking rocket science on top of Starbucks’ dumb language. There’s often times my drink will have a hair in it, or my iced drink comes out hot, or I’m being argued with over having to pull up further to the drive through, or having to be on hold without being told to wait. Overall I don’t understand how it’s so hard when again I literally worked here for years and never had a problem myself. It’s fast food drink service I guess the bar is so low and customer service is a dead concept, Starbucks doesn’t care about its ā€œthird placeā€ concept clearly.

I stopped at this location for the first time and will NEVER return I will drive far out to go try another location I order a honey citrus aka the medicine ball and a ham and Swiss croissant first the honey citrus taste like water then my ham and Swiss croissant was undercooked I requested that my croissant be cooked twice in order for the bread to be a little more cooked and I said please and still didn't get it went thru drive thru cashier was nice I returned to the inside of the store I'm assuming the manager try to down play the fact my drink tasted more like water by say we doesn't have measurements on the amount of water to add really I go to the Zelda Rd location they make it right and hit the point every time even down to the croissant so shout to the workers at the Zelda rd location they follow directions well and do and outstanding job this location need to get it together and also they young lady I encounter and asked her to let the worker know to make sure my drink was strong your nonchalant attitude shows on your face.

This is mostly a review for my recent customer service experience. I typically frequent the location on Chantilly, but I was in the area and ordered for the very first time from the app for an iced espresso from this location. I made a user error on the app and ordered the wrong thing and when I inquired, the barista fixed it for me with no questions asked and no extra charge. The place was absolutely slammed, and she made me feel like I deserved the right order even though it was a user error. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I decided to treat myself to a GRANDE iced coffee. I get to the window and I'm given my total. It's over a dollar more than when I order the same type of coffee at the Zelda Road location. The only difference is at the Zelda location I typically order a VENTE. But at this location, the same order but a SMALLER size is over a dollar more. So I ask the person in the window. It was explained to me that Starbucks bases their prices on the tax bracket of the store location. So higher tax bracket at the Vaughn Road location, more money for the exact same order at the Zelda Store. Corporate greed at it's finest.

This starbucks always gets my drink wrong. I order from the one on eastwrn blvd and get a perfect cup just Cafe misto 8 pumps of hazelnut. Vaughn rd location make my coffee taste like its coming form the gas station down the street, no shade on GS coffee but if i order the same cup at 2 different locations I expect it to be made the same way. # disappointed cup of joe
