I ordered a PSL and a cheese danish. Only issue I had was there were no sleeves for my latte and also my danish was still cold in the middle. I just really didn't want to make a big deal about it.

Highly disappointed experience after placing a mobile order. Went to drive thru and was told to pull around and it would be brought out front. Waited 10min and went inside, still wasn't ready. Had to follow up on status, got the drinks, waited another 20min for food items only to find out they werre sitting on the counter at drive thru the whole time, smh... Requested a refund for wait and only got $4...🙄🙄🙄

There were four of us getting the Christmas special drinks. The person taking our order asked my 11 year old granddaughter if she wanted hot or cold and the said oh yeah no hot drinks were available. She thought she did something wrong, and tucked herself partially behind me. Got her drink and sent her out with my son while we waited for other drinks. The people behind the counter were talking about the difficulties of their working lives while we waited. The cold drinks were warm with no ice and my sister went back and complained. She wanted an ice added but they dumped her drink out and made her another one, complaining to her she had already had most of it. We are from 3 hours away and love shopping at that Target when we meet with family there. Starbucks is the last thing we do before we head home. I usually don’t leave negative reviews…I think the servers could use some retraining about serving old people and children. We are important, too.

This Starbucks is probably the worst I have seen. The restrooms were in a disastrous state. Toilet paper roll holder was laying on the floor, and it appeared to be in this state for several hours. They did not have half the menu items as the cold brew system was not working. The staff was friendly as could be with the situation, but their work ethic in cleanliness was obviously lacking.
This Starbucks also was renovated recently leaving only four small tables for seating inside. I made a purchase with the app, which apparently is aware of their coldbrew issue, so routed my order to the next closest Starbucks, but that was not easily understood. So I have no idea how their food/coffee would be rated.

Stopped through on our travels, no thanks to the sign on the interstate. Was met with disappointment by the staffs attitudes and lost of zest of there day through the drive thru. $30 spent on an order that was less than satisfactory.

Mobile ordered my drink on a sunday morning . I arrived at the store ,there was no customers inside but they didn’t even bother to start making the drink . I got bad attitude from the barista really acting like i was such a bother for having an online coffee order in a coffee shop . She did not apologize, in fact i kept it civil and waited patiently, said thank you once she handed my order but ofcourse no reply beside a bad attitude.

I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. Corey, who took my order, was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, attentive, and made the experience very enjoyable. He encouraged me to try something new, the 'Pink Drink,' which I rarely do, but I’m so glad I listened! It turned out to be a fantastic choice and is now one of my favorite refreshers. It’s refreshing to visit a Starbucks where the staff are genuinely happy to be there and greet you with smiles. Starbucks should be proud to have Corey on their team—his positive demeanor makes all the difference!

The only suggestion I would have is for the restroom to be better maintained, and it would be great if the other stall in the ladies' room could be repaired. Other than that, a fantastic experience!
