I've been a customer here before and never had an issue like today. The employees were texting and holding personal conversations while a customer was trying to place an order. They appeared to be unbothered that there were customers waiting. It was VERY unprofessional. I'm a patient and understanding person, but that was NOT acceptable.

The past few times that I have gone to this Starbucks has not been good the staff is always rude even calling us names and also saying that they can’t do certain drinks also saying they’re closed early then they should be like today my drink was made horribly wrong and was talked about just because I asked for more of the base and it was a full staff like 5 girls just horrible

This is the worst place in the town !! The manager is so rude it’s a rude white heavy set lady with glasses! And absolutely talked rudely to me and rushed me once I got there.
