Passing through on my way to Tuscaloosa. Needed a break from driving and something to eat. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff friendly and the facility was spotless. One of a few Starbucks that can make a dry Cappuccino. Thanks.

As a young lady was going to get what I asked to purchase, another young lady ( I assume the manager ) told her not to sell it to me . Not sure what that is about . I have purchased the sugar free syrup before so I am not sure why she instructed her not to sell it to me

The employee's attitude at this place is ridiculous. Order my drink ahead at about 11:10AM and got there at about 11:35. The app showed our order was ready to pick up but no drinks were made at all. I ask the barista when I walk in the door and she rudely said they were short staffs. I totally understood and sat there waiting for another 30 minutes. It got to the point where I couldn’t wait anymore because I needed to get back to work so I came and asked her how’s the process. She kept telling me they were short-staffed and I understand that but other people drink kept coming out except for ours. I went back waiting for another 15 minutes, still not any update so I came up to her one more time and only part of the order was made. I ended up taking what was made then leave. They didn’t even say sorry for that. I waited for an hour to get 3 drinks and just not take the other 2 matcha lattes because they didn’t even start on it. I know you guys didn’t have enough people to get everybody drink out as fast as usual but 1 hour was too much. Along with that attitudes and the money that I’ve spend but not getting my drink, that was not a good experience at all.

They NEVER fix my coffee right matter fact I haven't visited here in almost 2 weeks due to this! I go to the one in EastChase they are simply the best!!!

Got shocked that a staff was cleaning the glass wall around the beverage making station with spraying the Windex very hard while another staff was making beverages... Concerned that people including myself might intake the chemicals. More surprisingly no one cares.... here.

Ordered a Pike roast Travellers coffee on the app, And the option was drive-through or pick up in store. After I clicked on drive-through
Comment from the store employee “ we usually don’t do this in drive-through. You have to come in and pick it up, but we will do it this time.” I never had a strong urge to return coffee But I need coffee. So thank you for taking three minutes out of my time this morning

Best Starbucks in Montgomery. You can tell the baristas love what they do. They always have a friendly demeanor. Definitely check them out, if you’re in the area.
This particular location is my favorite Starbucks and thankfully it is local. They make the best drinks, and serve with kindness and enthusiasm. The drive thru guy in the morning always has the spirit!! ☕️🥐💕

Takes entirely toooooooo long in the drive through! 30 mins plus with 3 cars ahead of me . Then they didn’t even have my drink ready handing me every drink but what is mine!!!!

I really dislike the coffee it tastes like a strong punch in the face. I don't care how much creamer you put in or how much caramel it still taste like a punch to the face. It definitely wakes you up. The service is really good and the wifi is excellent.
