When I pay $3 for a cup of coffee, I expect it to be hot - it was only warm. When I arrived at 5:55 am (almost 30 minutes after opening), took a while for someone to wait on me and then there was no cream at the self service kiosk.

pulled into the drive thru at 8:35pm on friday, august 29. just wanted to get a cup of coffee. i was told they were out of coffee and werenāt brewing anymore. i questioned why a coffee shop would be out of coffee. He confessed that they werenāt willing to brew anymore because it was 25 minutes till closing. I said āreally? Itās 25 minutes till closing thatās plenty of time to brew more coffee.ā or they could have done a pour over. they refused. i am disappointed. drove a few miles to the next Starbucks, which also closed at 9pm, but they were willing to serve me.

This Starbucks is inconsistent. I stopped going after repeated rude encounters with one worker, but decided to try again after she was gone. Unfortunately, my last two visits were disappointingāboth times my brown sugar shaken espresso had no syrup, I did not realize until I was down the street while. When I ordered two brown sugar shaken espressos, only one had syrup in it while the other did not and I was not aware until 40 minutes away my husband tasted his coffee I brought to him at home. Service and consistency need major improvement, but there are other locations who have great service and consistency in Montgomery.

Look... its not hard to mess up a matcha green tea latte. There's been times its watered down or bitter or just doesn't taste right but most of the time its pretty decent and one of my go to drinks.
Whoever made my drink tonight tho.... OMG!!! Im literally singing the song by Usherš© MY OH MY!!!! That was so good I was sad that there was an end to my drink. Whoever you are, you blessed me. 3 months pregnant and was craving my matcha tea latte and you deliveredš
