I arrived at 8:42 they say that the system was down this my third time coming here and I’m thinking cause they about to close they just saying that really unprofessional
The lady working there handed me a defective coffee cup ended up burning my hand.

Like I was just there, it took them 30 freaking minutes to make an hot coffee Like seriously I was there for over at least 30 minutes wth He was making everyone’s drink but mines like so annoying And then I got up to let him know because I ordered on the app and the app said that it was ready but nope it wasn’t, and literally they weren’t even that busy because the drive thru was like 4 cars And they all ignored me when I went to the cashier like tf If the coffee was brewing all you had to say was oh the coffee is being made like use your senses but no he only said I see it, like do you see it ?

The lady in the drive thru was fabulous but the coffee was awful. It even smelled horrible. Hazelnut that makes your mouth tingle like peppermint?? Yuck! Maybe it’s just me, but this is NOT good coffee. I won’t be back.
