They're overall good. Mostly out of the flavor syrups I like and some food items. Usually forget that whipped cream can go on the rim of the lid for trenta. Other than that, it's close to home and good place to meet friends.

Drink was not as sweet as usual and had very little drink in the refresher mostly ice!!! That was an expensive drink enough to just wet my throat for $5 and some change. Very unhappy I am and I wish I could post a picture of this cup full of ice.

My Sugar Cookie Iced Latte was not sweet at all, very little flavor (I have had it other times at different locations and it was great) so I assume they didn't put any syrup in it. Also, I ordered a breakfast sandwich. It was cold/stale, and I had to wait over 20 minutes, but everyone else in my small group received their items in less than 5 minutes.

I did a mobile order and when I arrived to the window, the worker's customer service skills weren't the best, she forgot about my bakery item and didn't even bother to take the piece of cake out of the wrapper and into the sleeve or warm it up.

Starbucks just got rid of my favorite drink, and I was having a very hard day. I tried a frappe and didn’t like it, and the barista was so kind and made my favorite drink for me when she so did not have to do that. This location has always been very kind. ?
First visit to this location. Staff was to focused during my visit. I"ll stick with Zelda Road Statbuck.
