Subway in Montgomery

“I recently started going to this location and I can't say enough about Josh and his crew! The restaurant has a 97 Health Department score. It's super clear and the employees are very friendly. I live about a 1/2 mile from another Subway location, but the Perry Hill Road location is my only go to!“

“The food was all fresh and tasted as I'd expect. The place was clean. However of like 8 fountain drink options, only 3 in working order. They had a hand sanitizer station that was empty. There was no soap in the woman's bathroom, not even a soap dispenser. There was soap in the men's bathroom but the sink didnt work. Weird considering the only employees were women.“

“Ken and KD both have outstanding customer service. I was greeted with a smile and a hello when I first walked in. The counter had 3 other customers waiting and both these gentlemen engaged in conversation with all of the customers while preparing the orders. I’m an Air Force Veteran and they offered me a 10% discount for my military service. I feel that both Ken and KD should be recognize for their outstanding attitudes and attention to detail with the Subway corporation.“

“Went in on Jan 3rd for a pick up order. Sandwiches made perfectly. Staff extremely courteous and very attentive to customers. Haven't seen service like that in a VERY long time. So long as these two young ladies work here, I will only go to this location.“

“We’ve tried 3 other subways in Montgomery and they were all terrible terrible service! BUT as soon as we walked in this one they were very cool and nice actually spoke to us, not like the other places. Food is good and we appreciate how they treated us. Thank you.“

“I normally went to Firehouse, but had a terrible experience. I came to this Subway and felt guilty about ever being at other places. The staff was pleasantly nice to me. Food was good and dining room clean. I have to be a Subway customer from now on.“

“My sister and I visited this subway on Thurs, Sept. 19, 2024 at approximately 2:30. We were promptly greeted upon entry and they treated us like we were long lost cousins at the family reunion. In total my sister purchased 3 foot longs and I purchased 1. They made our sandwiches exactly as specified even after my sister decided to switch up some things on her foot long at the last minute. The store was cleanin and so were the restrooms. The staff was amazing. Good customer service is hard to find in fast food establishments. Keep up the good work ladies. I'll definitely return.“

“I had the chicken breast in a spinach wrap and it was delicious. The vegetables were fresh and the meat was hot. The customer service at this location is great as well. The staff are fast and efficient in getting everyone in and out and meeting the needs of the people. We walk here from work often.“

“I decided to build my own sandwich, and I loved the variety of fresh ingredients available. From the freshly baked bread options to the numerous toppings, I was able to create the perfect sub tailored to my taste. I went with the Italian herb and cheese bread, piled high with turkey, fresh veggies, and a drizzle of spicy mustard. Each bite was delicious and satisfying!“

“I was having an awful day but when I came into this establishment, I felt nothing but joy and happiness. These two ladies; Kay and babyd made my night. One of the best customer service I ever had. Thank you for my experience, I will return.“

“Of course, the restaurant is clean and the food was fresh and good, but I wanted to say a word about the staff. I arrived at noon, around the same time that a homeless man from the neighborhood entered the store. I was greeted but the man was asked if he wanted a sandwich, which he was offered immediately --- already prepared and in a sack.The man spent the next 3 minutes talking at an unusually loud volume, and although I can understand many different dialects spoken in my part of the state, I could not understand anything this man said. The staff never flinched. He was treated with respect and the necessary attention. He left after a few minutes, and the staff smiled as he left, and then I was greeted again and my order was filled.The staff quietly and kindly met the needs of this man as if he were a treasured regular customer. In a world where there is so much cruelty and fear, the staff at this Subway should be commended for not only filling a belly with a nutritious meal --- but giving a man a moment of attention and respect. In the end, it is all any of us really craves.“

“Good food. Great staff. Very friendly and honest about the length of time it would take them to get to me. Would recommend an online order for pickup as the line does get very long. Sub was made to order. Food was fresh and staff took requests to customize everything. Would recommend to others as long as you order ahead on the app or don't mind a 20 min wait in line.“

“I meant to give the 2 girls at McGehee rd a review last night but it just came to my mind jaila and Cheyenne are very sweet the way they talk is so soothing it was very clean when I walked in Vegetables was pretty 10/10 I’ll definitely go back only when they’re there“

“I buy a sub from this Subway location at least once a week. The manager and his staff are always friendly and make great subs. However, one of the most important things to me is during this time of uncertainty with the Covid, THEY ALWAYS WEAR MASKS and I really apprecaite that. Thank you. Don Walker“
