Subway in Montgomery

“Arrived without notice with 4 adults and 11 Boy Scouts. They worked quickly, efficiently, and accurately with all 15 orders. The woman behind the counter was friendly and made sure each person got exactly what they wanted.One of our scouts spilled a drink and asked for supplies to clean. He was told not to worry...they will clean it up. An employee was there to clean as soon as we got up to leave.Bathrooms are clean. Counters were spotless. Drink area was clean. They also have a 97% health score to back up their cleanliness.It was me tinned by a couple members of our group how fresh the bread was.It is beside a gas station but there are about 4-5 parking spaces dedicated to the Subway.“

Vegetarian options: They have an abundance of veggies to chose from to create a salad, sandwich or wrap.“

“I had ordered during a very busy time and the store ran out of bread. An employee named Julie contacted me to make sure that I knew, and even offered a refund. I still chose to receive my order, just had to wait a little bit longer, which was okay with me! The three ladies who were working there were so nice and polite! “Went in on Jan 3rd for a pick up order. Sandwiches made perfectly. Staff extremely courteous and very attentive to customers. Haven't seen service like that in a VERY long time. So long as these two young ladies work here, I will only go to this location.“

“I decided to build my own sandwich, and I loved the variety of fresh ingredients available. From the freshly baked bread options to the numerous toppings, I was able to create the perfect sub tailored to my taste. I went with the Italian herb and cheese bread, piled high with turkey, fresh veggies, and a drizzle of spicy mustard. Each bite was delicious and satisfying!“

“They hired new staff. Unlike my experience 3 months ago I gave this location another chance. I received zero attitudes from the 3 ladies up front and they all had AMAZING customer service !!! The ladies were willing to work and wanted my Sub PERFECTTT. Another thing I like was the teamwork and how excited they were when I walked into the building. The building is clean and everything was fresh. I have been here 2 days back to back getting my favorite sub and I might just come back tomorrow to try a new one.I start my lunch break around 6 and eat my food in my car one thing I did notice was a lack of customers that could be a reason they close early.“

“Good food. Great staff. Very friendly and honest about the length of time it would take them to get to me. Would recommend an online order for pickup as the line does get very long. Sub was made to order. Food was fresh and staff took requests to customize everything. Would recommend to others as long as you order ahead on the app or don't mind a 20 min wait in line.“

“Of course, the restaurant is clean and the food was fresh and good, but I wanted to say a word about the staff. I arrived at noon, around the same time that a homeless man from the neighborhood entered the store. I was greeted but the man was asked if he wanted a sandwich, which he was offered immediately --- already prepared and in a sack.The man spent the next 3 minutes talking at an unusually loud volume, and although I can understand many different dialects spoken in my part of the state, I could not understand anything this man said. The staff never flinched. He was treated with respect and the necessary attention. He left after a few minutes, and the staff smiled as he left, and then I was greeted again and my order was filled.The staff quietly and kindly met the needs of this man as if he were a treasured regular customer. In a world where there is so much cruelty and fear, the staff at this Subway should be commended for not only filling a belly with a nutritious meal --- but giving a man a moment of attention and respect. In the end, it is all any of us really craves.“

“I had the chicken breast in a spinach wrap and it was delicious. The vegetables were fresh and the meat was hot. The customer service at this location is great as well. The staff are fast and efficient in getting everyone in and out and meeting the needs of the people. We walk here from work often.“

“I normally went to Firehouse, but had a terrible experience. I came to this Subway and felt guilty about ever being at other places. The staff was pleasantly nice to me. Food was good and dining room clean. I have to be a Subway customer from now on.“

“The Subway at the Corner of the Bypass and Lagoon Park is our go to place. The Manager is always so friendly does an excellent job of creating exactly what you order and very promptly no matter how busy he is. Kudos you put several others that we've been to to shame??????We will be back“

“My sister and I visited this subway on Thurs, Sept. 19, 2024 at approximately 2:30. We were promptly greeted upon entry and they treated us like we were long lost cousins at the family reunion. In total my sister purchased 3 foot longs and I purchased 1. They made our sandwiches exactly as specified even after my sister decided to switch up some things on her foot long at the last minute. The store was cleanin and so were the restrooms. The staff was amazing. Good customer service is hard to find in fast food establishments. Keep up the good work ladies. I'll definitely return.“

“I buy a sub from this Subway location at least once a week. The manager and his staff are always friendly and make great subs. “So Montgomery is one of the worst cities for customer services but we had a quick lunch today at Subway and the young man making our sandwiches was so polite and just all around awesome. I did not catch his name but I do hope he sees this!!! Subway on McGehee street y’all!!!!!“
