Very unprofessional! Placed an order online and one of my subs was wrong so I called to let the employee know before they started making it. After calling 5times no one answered.When I got there no one was in there and the 2 employees were just talking still ignoring the phone ringing .i told one of the employees I was trying to call to catch them before they started making the sandwich, the employee then proceed to say “make sure you do it right next time because next time I’m not going to do it. The sandwich was soggy & disgusting! Please hiring people that’s not lazy and sorry !!

Did a mobile order at 4069 Atlanta Hwy for a wrap get back to work to find out they gave me a flatbread instead I call them back but no answer drive back to the store & the girl sitting down on FaceTime with another employee (this why you didn’t answer when I call the store) explained my order is wrong she kept telling me it’s a wrap like I don’t know the difference…. Just wanted a refund at this point she had to get help from her Manager that was on FaceTime with her… she never once apologized!!!!! just had an attitude

Last night i ordered 4 subs, 3 was meatball. When i went home i started to eat my sub and i noticed that i was eating all bread. There were two girls on the shift. The one who cooked my subs only added a total of two meatballs in my sub and all red sauce. I tried to call several times but no one is answering the phone. I need to speak with the manager cause this is unacceptable being that I spent my money.

I ordered from this restaurant and the DoorDash delivery driver left without taking everything I bought. However, the ladies here called me and let me know what actually happened and allowed me to get the rest of my order.

absolute worst subway I've ever been to in my entire life, the workers were so rude and I was so nice, she rung up my 6 inch sandwich as a foot-long, so I told her that, and she had such an attitude and called her little manager over, and was slinging stuff around so mad because of something they did. They weren't even busy enough to be acting like all that.

Purchased two foot long subs at 1034 W South Blvd in Montgomery AL. One had only 4 thin slices of meat. Wife complained, all she got was apology. She needs a refund. How many travelers are cheated by this location at the cost of an apology? This is unacceptable. Make it right.

The people here are usually rude and then they don’t follow store hours. They locked the doors at 8:34pm and have guests knocking outside the door. At 8:50pm, I understand, but this is ridiculous

Nothing but attitude from the female employees at this location. They always have friends sitting in there and they are loud and talking about things they shouldn't be talking about at work.. The sign says they close at 9:00 p.m. I went in at 8:20 and they told me they closed at 8:30, so I said ok its only 8:20. They responded with attitude "ma'am everything has already been put away"
