Went inside. Another customer came in after me. There were no workers present. I thought they may have been in restroom. Both of us were wondering what was going on. There was a customer already inside. The customer behind me grabbed his drinks from the cooler. We waited about 5 minutes. The other customer said the worker was outside in his car. The customer behind me put his drinks back in the cooler and left. I suppose the worker saw him leave and came back inside. Upon returning to the food area he asked what I wanted. Just to make sure I asked if they were open. He said yes. I said well me and the other gentleman have been waiting for service. He said how long? I said about 5 minutes. No I'm sorry no excuse no explanation. Just putting in my 2 cents which are now obsolete.

Horrible. Big hair everywhere, no hairnets. Almost wasted my entire lunch break waiting for my sandwich to be finished, and had to wait for several more before I could checkout. Never again.

They give you little to no meat on your sandwiches. If you ask for extra veggies, they barely give you any. So sad Subway has gone down hill.

Female cashier was extremely nice and made my sandwich well. She needs security there because several homeless men with mental health issues were sitting in there with her alone. Care more about your employees Subway owner . PLEASE

Went in for a pick up order the sandwich was wrong,they did remake it without hesitation....I ordered 3 more sandwiches once I got there ,the counter had mustered and mayo all over it,the lady behind the counter told me they where out of both mayo and mustard I kindly asked her to go the back and get some and to fill up both containers,when she comes back the mustard in the pouch is covered in what looks like ranch dressing she doesn't wipe it of she just cuts it open and poors it into a bottle,mind you there is still sauces all over the counter they didn't wipe until I asked her not to drag the sandwiches threw all that mess.I feel like they need better training on sanitation cause yucky and how to make a sandwich properly.

They didn’t even try to follow what my order was on the receipt. Neither sandwich was toasted and neither had the correct bread. Why even order what I want when they just give me whatever they want to make
