Two short women , nasty attitude, slamming bags. The one with the dreads have a nasty attitude every time I come in there when she works. The one with blue hair. Has a dry attitude. Better service but dry customer service. Both of them need to go home. No hair net. If you have attitude go home!! Nobody wants their food served with attitudes period

The bread ripped from me opening the sandwich but online order and wrong ingredients were put on the two different sandwiches and this is how one of them looked half the sandwich has 0 things on it ?

Went to get a sandwich on my lunch, came back to work to eat it about hour later and the bread is hard as a brick. I called and ask if I could get my sandwich remade she stated no because it wasn’t on her shift. I never heard of such a thing. I ask for corporate number she stated that it was on my receipt. I informed her I didn’t get one. I thought the store worked as an whole will not be returning. This is the one on eastern Blvd.

I am a frequent customer to this Subway since it is across the street from my job. I have never had a bad experience here. The main ladies that work almost everyday recognize me and others and always treat us special. I can’t express enough how nice it is to have that in Montgomery! They seem to truly love their job and I love to see that! The food is always fresh and I have never had a bad meal! Thank you!!

They literally close an hour before time and tell everybody they’re closed just to not make food . Never again.?
The food was all expired or either poorly prepared, the churro was literally so hard that it couldn’t even be bitten. I called the store and got no answer. For an order that was over 20 dollars you’d think it would atleast be edible. It’s so frustrating.

The girl with the blue hair and the shorter lady is horrible turned us away saying they had no break we waited only to be mistreated again they stood at the door smoking for a hour and then turned and made a mock of my food I spoke my mind and left because why treat people this way I traveled here to eat and the experience was horrible I mean horrible I asked for management but of course she said there was no manger smoking at the door of a restaurant is horrible while we wait out side to watch them smoke don’t believe me run the camera around 6:30 you will see everything needed

I believe in sharing not only the bad, but the good as well. The ladies that were working there today, were the most professional, proficient and friendly employees that i have ever encountered in a Subway Restaurant. They are the same every time I've been in their restaurant.

All these subways saw a different time McGhee rd says closes at 10 but closes at 6. Eastern boulevard says 8 but they closed at 7. Several people came by while I was there and they turned them away.
