My sister and I visited this subway on Thurs, Sept. 19, 2024 at approximately 2:30. We were promptly greeted upon entry and they treated us like we were long lost cousins at the family reunion. In total my sister purchased 3 foot longs and I purchased 1. They made our sandwiches exactly as specified even after my sister decided to switch up some things on her foot long at the last minute. The store was cleanin and so were the restrooms. The staff was amazing. Good customer service is hard to find in fast food establishments. Keep up the good work ladies. I'll definitely return.

The time to open on the door is listed for 8:30 am. I arrived at app. 9:47 to find the door locked. I was told by someone in the store that they would open at 11:30 am. Please change the sign to correctly post the opening time. I was greatly inconvienced. THANKS

Bathroom sign read no public use for bathroom. I assumed that meant that customers could use it. The employee informed me otherwise. I know for a fact that it was not out of order because my wife went in there earlier before we were corrected about the sign. My children and I were refused entry to wash our hands and urinate after eating in the restaurant.

Customer service is horrible. The complete food area was filthy. Employee on the phone around the food area. Employee in the rear area is on the phone and her conversation is heard in the front lobby. Employee refused to give me the managers phone number. She called the manager instead and the manager told her not to serve me because, I complained about how filthy the restaurant was and if I ate there she was not going to give me a refund. Then I went to another Subway causing me to overstay my lunch break. That Subway stated that a lot of customers complain about the Mobile HighWay location. If I had the power to shut it down I certainly would!!
