They Haven't Been Open For The Past week. They Have A Sign On There Door that Says closed but doesn't say for how long and this sign was there for a week now. They need to do better and better & nicer staff. Is very inconvenient not just for me for others that live nearby and for them to do this.. just very upsetting

Made a mistake on order on pick up time and went to store to inform them like app stated due to couldn’t make correction on it. Worst experience ever. Gentleman tried to assist but coworker told him not to keep calling Tiffany for everything and wasn’t nothing can be done. I stated I would by a sandwich and request a refund for mobile order. Lady stated no because app should let you cancel order for refund not us. They both stated no manager was there in the store and call another location. Gentleman tried to still assist me but she told him stop and ring up the customer who came behind me. Called the number he gave they was confused of why I was calling there and they was busy was on hold for 10minutes and basically wasted entire lunch. This occurred at 225pm-243pm. I will be going to speak with store manager about horrible customer service skills from worker.

This time the food was actually much better than the last Guardian got served and everything was better nothing was left off nothing was forgotten and they had everything up front where you could see it this time and they had a little bit of everything thank you y'all did a wonderful job this time

Every time I have stop by to this location in the last couple of month it was closed during the hours posted with an employee inside. Today was the last straw for this location. Get there and there was only two people in front of me. The guy serving said that they were the last people because he had to close to restock. But a store that’s about to close in a less than 2 hours was ridiculous. He was only serving the guy and girl because that was his brother. This was ridiculous. If they asked me to wait I would have but to look at me and say they were the last one.

This was gross…the man in there was playing rap music with cussing….everything was gone, walked out multiple times. Rude and had no manners. Needs to be fired. I have called the health department.

This store smelled terrible. One of the employees was outside with a small container in his hand. Whatever it was it was filthy. The employee at the cash register sneezed and got a paper towel and put it to her face and walked out the door. The employee that was outside put gloves on but did not wash hands. I should not have ordered but was short on time and very hungry. I was unable to eat my tuna sandwich or take more than a few sips of my drink they were so terrible. Ate my bag of chips and left. Health department needs to visit this place.
