Nice and clean , both store and bathroom. Employee is also good , they make very good sendwitch then other subway, very friendly and fast workers.

I like subway they usually have great food, but this one is terrible. The lady making the sandwich was in shorts and t-shirt and was not friendly she just sloppily threw the sandwich together while she was eating something. Overall terrible experience.

Subway always has good food, but you can't always count on the service. We had two of the nicest young ladies wait on us at this location, and they filled our order well.

When I am in Montgomery, most of the time I have lunch here. It is about 3 minutes from where I am working and even though the people I am working with will have one hour or more for lunch I get about 30 minutes, if I am lucky. The reason I come here is that I can get in and out fast, the sandwich is made fresh and are customized as you want them. For a “fast food” place there seems to be a low turnover in personnel. The last few months, SUBWAY has been having all sorts of special deals. This has led to some confusion as to what to charge the customer. 6 inch sandwich and a drink, is this price but just the 6 inch sandwich could be more than the combo. Oh yes, if you add chips that is another special and do not forget the 12 specials and the sandwich of the month, etc. Normally this place does a good job of giving you the specials but twice on the same week recently, I had to correct the cashier, once on a 6 inch sandwich and a drink and another on a 12 inch sandwich. On the 6 inch sandwich and a drink I was charged the special price plus a drink, so I got charge twice for a drink, you can say, and on the 12 inch sandwich I was charged normal prices and not the special. In both cases the manager had to be called over to correct the problem and in the case of the 6 inch sandwich and a drink, I had to explain to the manager that the drink came with the sandwich at price X. I think the lady running the register was new but still I had to ask myself how many more she did that way. About two weeks later I was back in Montgomery and the same lady was working the register and I had no troubles with pricing so maybe it was that she was new but still. One think could help this though and that is SUBWAY needs to cut back on all the specials they got going on all at the same time.
