They didn’t cut the bread in half well, it barely looked like a sandwich. I also ordered a rotisserie chicken sandwich and I got roast beef..? I’m sorry, if I’m about to drop $31 for two meals they should be right. It’s ridiculous.

Today we have the worst experience at the subway. We were purchasing subs with our coupons. Once we looked at the receipt we asked the cashier if she can look over it because we think she won't get up wrong. She insisted that she didn't we told her she needed to call the manager if she got on the phone with the manager. And she still was not able to get it right. Another man employee walks in and goes to the back, he hears that we are going back and forth with the cashier and he comes from the back and starts to scream and yell at us saying that this is his mother and we will not talk to her this way. The cashier (Mom) told him to go back to the back. He came from around the back yelling like he was going to do something to us. We could run the cameras back if needed and we were ready to call the police as well. She could never figure out, how to give us our correct change back. She proceeded to say we needed to come back in the morning to talk to the manager, we said no call your manager now. We were going back and forth for over an hour and a half. She told us to give her the sandwiches back and they gave us a refund and we left. By far the worst customer service by Subway.. we will also be contacting corporate as well.

was told i couldn’t have extra pickles because they’re short. that’s not my fault you don’t know how to order a truck. pickles is the only topping i put on my sandwich so thanks for that. & the guy that told me this was also rude to his coworker when she was only trying to do her job.

I entered the subway and the girl with long braids in a ponytail was mopping the floor so I asked her was you all closed. She responded nasty to me and said how we close and you walking in here. I said because you were mopping the floor and so she said Soooo. She was also standing there talking with a girl and laughing afterwards so I walked out. This is not the way a customer should be treated or talked to. I was not greeted and I felt not welcome. I will never go there again.

Placed an order for lunch on the app, and when I went to pick it up after it being paid for...they told me that they never got the order and couldn't help me with the food or refund even when I showed the receipt. Very disappointing.

Went to subway on Saturday your server got upset because I was asking her question about your special she told me that she didn't care if I ordered anything or not but the customer in front of me she was so polite to him this young lady has no customer service skills and very rude to certain customers

I went to pick up my order, and the store stated that another man came into the store stating "Picking up for Natalya." I did not order for delivery, and I showed the individuals that I asked for PICK UP not delivery. The store manager was rude and refused to remake the order. If you order for pick up, get ready to request corporate for a refund because the store lets anyone pick up your order.

I had a issue with my online order and the older man with glasses showed no concern and was ultimately not helpful. I tried to show proof of purchase and my order while It was still pulled up but he was uncooperative. Showed a unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service.
