⭐☆☆☆☆ Came in today and was immediately put off by the service and cleanliness. The employee didn’t speak a single word to me—when I politely asked how his day was, he just pointed at a sign saying they were out of several ingredients. No greeting, no explanation. I tried to look past that and still ordered subs. The bread looked questionable, and he even pulled out his phone in the middle of making the subs. When we got to the vegetables, it was completely unacceptable: brown lettuce, wilted brown spinach, and pickles covered in mayo drippings and residue from other food. It was honestly disgusting. I asked if there were fresh vegetables in the back and was told no. At that point, I apologized for wasting his time and explained I couldn’t finish the order due to the condition of the food. This place has serious cleanliness and food safety issues. Someone really should inspect it. I won’t be back.

The service stuff don't maintain good hygiene, the same gloves wore and touched multiple sandwiches and veggies. 6in sub tasted bad, bread is under baked, meat pieces on the veggies. I would not go here forever and I do not recommend this place to anyone. No wonder this place is always empty.

We’ve tried 3 other subways in Montgomery and they were all terrible terrible service! BUT as soon as we walked in this one they were very cool and nice actually spoke to us, not like the other places. Food is good and we appreciate how they treated us. Thank you.

I ordered Subway through Door Dash. I ordered the churro to go with my meal. This was the worst experience. It was so hard and rubbery. I can't even bite into it. It taste like a rubber pipe rolled in cinnamon and sugar! It would make the perfect chew toy for a ?

Don’t believe the hours that it says online and on the door. I have been here three different times after work at 8:20 PM 8:30 PM and 8:45 PM and they were closed even though it says online and on the door they close at 10:00. Please change your hours to reflect your actual closing time.
