We’ve tried 3 other subways in Montgomery and they were all terrible terrible service! BUT as soon as we walked in this one they were very cool and nice actually spoke to us, not like the other places. Food is good and we appreciate how they treated us. Thank you.

I ordered Subway through Door Dash. I ordered the churro to go with my meal. This was the worst experience. It was so hard and rubbery. I can't even bite into it. It taste like a rubber pipe rolled in cinnamon and sugar! It would make the perfect chew toy for a ?

Website and front door says closed at 10:00 but more like 8:30

Don’t believe the hours that it says online and on the door. I have been here three different times after work at 8:20 PM 8:30 PM and 8:45 PM and they were closed even though it says online and on the door they close at 10:00. Please change your hours to reflect your actual closing time.

New management is trash and the new dudes they hired suck.I’ve noticed it’s less people on these shifts as well it should be at least 3 people for each shift. It took them forever to make my one sandwich and they kept asking me over and over what type of sandwich I want but never started making it also the place is more dirty than usual…

Ever since the other manager quit this place has been a mess. I came in around 9-10 am and witness the new Manager Scooter slice meet on a dirty machine with crusted meat on it you can tell it’s been left on the machine overnight. So I decided I’ll stick to the cold cuts. The boy asked me what cheese I want, and I looked over and seen white water at the bottom of the pan with lettuce in it so I’m guessing they are leaving water in the bottom of the pans. I don’t blame this on the older employees this started January when the newbs showed up and I don’t really see the females who kept the place clean anymore so if they did quit this place will have roaches soon.My shoes were sticking to the floor by the soda machine, my hubby and I went to go sit down and food was all over the floor with plastic.The smell of this store sometimes smell like weed this store needs to drug test their employees.I think the new manager is taking money that is post to be used for inventory they are now always outof Turkey ,cold cuts, grilled chicken ,and now tomatoes.I feel bad for the original employees they had this place booming and now the new staff is messing everything up. I will not be returning .
