They always have the same young lady at night by herself dealing with rude impatient customers and creepy old men where’s the manager to help this young lady??? It’s getting dark outside quickly no female in any restaurant should be working by themselves! overall she handles every customer with respect and she’s quick my sandwich always taste the best when she makes it salute to her. this store needs a better manager and more staff

I will never go here again the young lady called my wife out her name very disrespectful young lady. The boy said her name Brea We only wanted to know why she was outside with the door unlocked telling my wife the store is closed. She is one of the rudest young black women I ever met. I regret even speaking to her and the young man with her acted like he wanted to pull a gun out on us when he got out of his car. I will not lose my life at 67 years old to nonsense..Ridiculous

I don’t even want to give this NO stars but i have to do so i can leave a review. If you order through the app the time is not accurate it’s not ready when it says it is. They make you wait for your app order until they take of everyone inline even if they got there after you !!! Smfh I recommend if you order online for the deals call before you go to make sure they started your order. There was 2 women and 1 man one of the women said she was the manager but she didn’t care nor did she act like she cared she definitely isn’t manager material.

Throw the whole staff away . I was next up , young lady, looked at me lost and confused then said what you want rude. I have better patience but somebody other than I, would really act a monkey in that situation.

On 4/23 and 4/24 I went the Subway on McGhee Rd in Montgomery Al 36111. The bread on this sandwhich was hard as though it was toasted. I gave the restaurant a second chance by returning and they have waisted my time and money on both days. This is absolutely unacceptable and I want a full refund or a new order. I called the restaurant SEVERAL times and no one will even answer. I dont know if it's because it's in a minority location or what the issue is but more attention needs to go into training at this location. Customer satisfaction is definately not a priority.

Why were y’all closed at 9:22pm 2/21 when the hours listed on the door show that y’all close at 10pm? When I pulled up, all the lights were on, by the time I got out and walked to the door, half of the lights were turned off and I saw 2 females inside working. No sign on the door stating why or apologizing for any inconvenience.. c’mon nie’ ??♀️

Subway franchise still ain't got no bags. Like how u raised the prices and can't afford bags? They make sure not to listen you. They put the tiny amount of vegetables on a footlong but hefty on the lettuce. Customer shouldn't have to repeat themselves multiple times. The music is too loud. But I'm solve the problem n not go anymore so I won't have any bad reviews.
