One of the last no nonsense places to eat. If you are talking on your phone when it's your turn to order then you will get yelled at. The regulars know the deal and the line moves very fast.

I went in today for an online order. I arrived after the timeframe advised online and my order was not ready. Not a big deal, I sit and wait on it as it was busy. After waiting, I am called to the front for my order. After picking up the bag, I noticed that the bag was hot which means my sandwich was more than likely toasted. I asked of it had been toasted and was advised that it was. The female worker there, made a big deal out of it because she didn’t want to remake it. Even though it was her fault as the recipient clearly didn’t read to toast it. She started mumbling under her breath, why would you sit there and watch me toast it as if she didn’t have the instructions while making the sandwich or as if I stood there and watched. She continued to say things so I asked if someone else could prepare my order. I was told no so I requested a refund. I was then told that they didn’t know how to refund and to callback at 2. I waited because it was close to 2p. The guy at the register all of a sudden said that he knew how to refund the order at this point but continued to place other customers ahead of me as if my issue was not a big deal.

The cashier was very rude to me and another staff member. So that I would not hold up the line I asked the other staff if I could get three cookies while my sub was in the oven. The other staff gladly did it but was then scolded by the cashier. When I apologized for getting the other staff member in trouble. I was told not to speak to him. He then rudely spoke to me because he would not ring my sub up instead, he wanted to go back and forth with me for apologizing to the other staff member. I left my sub because I will not pay for someone to be rude to me. I will not spend my hard-earned money there anymore.

Food is decent. The guy at the register is abrasive. I've witnessed the woman with the glasses go off on a customer for not answering her question the way she felt like it should be answered. I feel stressed out every time I go here to get a sandwich, but the location is convenient and the food tastes fine. They make you pay for the sandwich with your dignity though. Rude....

This is the WORST Subway in Montgomery! I stopped going several years ago because of the rude staff. Today, same staff, and just as rude as ever. The dark haired lady that does the fixings and the guy that runs the register are the worst! The guy that runs the register and puts the napkins in the bag, snatched my card and threw it on the counter because I tried to tap it on the card reader machine and yelled at me saying "I do that! You don't do that!" as if he was on a power trip or something. I stopped going several years back because of the unwarranted rudeness and today just put the nail in the coffin.
