I had ordered during a very busy time and the store ran out of bread. An employee named Julie contacted me to make sure that I knew, and even offered a refund. I still chose to receive my order, just had to wait a little bit longer, which was okay with me! The three ladies who were working there were so nice and polite! I guess they just didn't want to be at work today. I ordered The Boss Sub with Italian herb and cheese bread and the elite cbr on flat bread. Why they switched the bread for the sandwiches? And when I call, nobody wants to answer. I'm beyond done.

First of all, I’d like to say my first experience here was not great because of the women working that night, she seemed very hostile and wanted us to clearly leave for no reason. The next time I came, it was very welcoming nice lady, who I believe her name is Page. She set the bare pretty high, she’s very optimistic, and very patient. Me and my husband got two footlongs, and at the end last second, I asked for two footlong cookies which she happily made for us. I made sure to tip her, you don’t find many good workers in that area.
Tried all Subways but find that the Carter Hill shop is the best.

How can a business that sells sandwiches not have bread in stock? I refuse to lower my standards. The only time I come to buy your over priced sandwiches, that you don't have bread in stock for, is when I have a coupon. And I have to settle for bread that I don't want. So instead of reprimanding your employees, who knew the bread was going to run out, you do nothing.

The guy with the blue hair was very rude I was picking up a door dash order , I been waiting for 30 mins and he skip all over the order . He tired to be a smarty pants by only placing the sandwich in the oven for 5 seconds . He had an attitude about it .
