T’keyah and Shameka were exceptionally professional and friendly. Their service was impeccable. They made my visit a very pleasant experience.

We went here starving after hours of driving and they didnt have much, they had only white bread and this location is owned not a franchise. The cookies looked so bad they were smushed, in a odd shape, smaller than usual, and underbaked imo. They had airpods in, they didnt greet us, they put our food on the counter didnt say have a good one or anything. The staff was on there phone having conversations, seemed very irritated and we were the only ones there. We had simple sandwiches. No coupons allowed and an ice cup is basically the same price as a drink. We went to another subway and told them about our experience and they automatically knew which subway we were talkin about. Long story short customer service is veryyy rude and the energy is a no for me

They do not accept coupons at this location. I understand the need to provide fast service and it’s appreciated always, but slow down and listen. My husband said heavy Parmesan cheese and they gave him 2 shakes of Parmesan cheese and they’re ready to wrap the sandwich up. The spinach clearly needed to be replenished but instead continued to scrap the older spinach that’s stuck to the sides. They asked me did I want my sandwich toasted but then proceeded to just warm it up instead of actually toasting it. I won’t be back to this location.

The sandwiches I ordered came with bacon. After I paid, the owner saw that bacon was on my sandwiches and made me pay extra. When I told him it comes with the sandwiches he said no, so I paid extra . I will never go back to that subway

Whenever my wife and I go here ,we always experience great customer service. Our order is done promptly and exactly how we want it. We especially enjoy our interactions with Meka. She makes us feel welcomed and provides excellent customer service/experience every time we order here.
Health score 91...good service..no masks though....she didn't say have a nice day or come back again but she wasn't rude. She was friendly. I didn't take it personal but I did notice it. I'll go back again.
