I placed a online order. I was unable to get to the restaurant due to a air show in the area. I called and explained that traffic was backed up and I was unable to drive through. I told the lady to cancel the order. She said she would. I still was charged $22. I contacted customer care. Received a TEXT from someone telling me that they could only give me half?? I NEVER received the order. They complained about their employees pay. That isn’t my problem. If I don’t pick up the items due to the restaurant being inaccessible to me then I should not be charged.

Was unable to pick up online order due to the air show. Traffic was backed up about 3 miles. I called and spoke with an employee who told me it would be canceled. Two days later I'm still being charged. I emailed their customer care team online. I received a text from the owner Yogi. He offered me half and I declined because it was not my fault I was unable to access this store. I was assured the order was cancelled and I immediately placed another order to another store. I was then told I wasted his food and he had to pay his employees for making the sandwich. That is not the customers concern and is extremely unprofessional to text. I placed a order was unable to access that order due to circumstances beyond my control I called was told that it would be canceled . I did all the correct and necessary steps and yet this owner refuses to refund me. I DID NOT receive the order I was charged for so this is theft.

Of course, the restaurant is clean and the food was fresh and good, but I wanted to say a word about the staff. I arrived at noon, around the same time that a homeless man from the neighborhood entered the store. I was greeted but the man was asked if he wanted a sandwich, which he was offered immediately --- already prepared and in a sack.The man spent the next 3 minutes talking at an unusually loud volume, and although I can understand many different dialects spoken in my part of the state, I could not understand anything this man said. The staff never flinched. He was treated with respect and the necessary attention. He left after a few minutes, and the staff smiled as he left, and then I was greeted again and my order was filled.The staff quietly and kindly met the needs of this man as if he were a treasured regular customer. In a world where there is so much cruelty and fear, the staff at this Subway should be commended for not only filling a belly with a nutritious meal --- but giving a man a moment of attention and respect. In the end, it is all any of us really craves.

Honestly don't try this location... Can't even keep the store open until actual closing time so if you're hungry at 8pm don't come to this location

This subway does not accept coupons. At the owners request.The spinach nor the lettuce looked healthy. Looks like the Employees are made to skimp on the ingredients. I didn't say anything to the Employees (comparing to other Subways), they looked liked, this is just another job I'm looking for something else)Employees were friendly, but I will not visit again.

I don't normally do this. But I had a terrible experience with this subway on 8-29-23. Now let me say this before I go any further. The staff ( employees ) are outstanding. But my complaint is with the owner and his rude @ss family. These people are very unprofessional,rude, disgusting!!!! I stood there in line waiting to be served. These people didn't even acknowledge me. Yes they saw me as well as the staff, they seemed to not care. The kept mean mugging me as if I was trash. Slamming chairs down, making all kinds of noise. They wasn't dressed properly to be behind the counter where the food is. I hope they see this review.. BECAUSE I want them to know what type of people they are..TRASH!! But the employees are super friendly,and the best !!

I ordered 2 sandwich and ask for extra mayonnaise on one of my sandwich the sandwich artist told me it will be a 2.50 up charge for extra mayonnaise I asked for some more oil on the same sandwich he stated it will be a extra 2.50 for extra oil I left both sandwich there and I will never returnI work to hard for my money !!!!

Servers remember my order no matter how long I have not been there. Courteous and friendly are all the Servers. I could stay and eat because the eating area is very clean and spacious. Visit if you are hungry and on Day
