Establishment was not crowded at all. Only 4 tables were seated. Took an extremely long time to have our order taken. Probably 20 minutes. Not exaggerating!! We were actually about to leave. Once we got our food it was good and nice portions for the price. 3 stars for SLOW service!!
They just got new owners and they just got a new menu!! And I’m tickled pink! I’m not sure if people haven’t realized this or what but if your tired of the same ol burger joint or taco hell and need something that’s just a bit different…. Go hear and get the fried green tomato BLT!! You will not regret it because it’s so good!! Now I can’t vouch for how it is eating inside because I’ve always gotten mine to go because I’m always in super big hurry…but the place...
One of my go-to places. I try to have dinner there at least once a week, and work in a breakfast when possible.Warm and comfortable environment, friendly staff, and good food at reasonable prices. I recommend the meatloaf, hamburger steak, and the fried fish filets. Sundown is good too when I'm in the mood for a cheeseburger.If you're hankering vegetables, there's plenty to choose from between the main menu and the daily specials. Give them a try.
