First of all, the food was absolutely delicious. Everything in my poke bowl tasted fresh and I loved how everything wasn't overpriced. The restaurant was super clean and my order came out fast. Definitely will be coming here often.

Restaurant feels more like a chain. If you like the modern, cute, cafe...this is a great spot. If you are want a more authentic atmosphere this is not recommended.

This establishment is very unprofessional and whoever was behind the register on August 16th around lunch time needs to learn proper customer service. I called in a pickup order at 12:35 (a teriyaki chicken bowl and a dynamite roll) I got to the restaurant at 12:50 and I was told my food was still being worked on which is fine. I go sit down where I am clearly still visible by the cashier who told me my order was still being worked on. People are coming in after me who also placed pick up orders is getting their food right away. People are coming in after me and placing to go orders are getting their food before me. After waiting around after an hour when my food was initially placed via phone call. I go up to the counter and ask about my food and why was my food sitting on the counter? Correct me if I’m wrong but shouldn’t the cashier have called me over when my food was ready? That is just unacceptable and I will not be back.

Bento boxes, bowls, and sushi rolls were are excellent! Gluten free friendly—ask and they can accommodate. Open area with hard surfaces can make it a little noisy, but not obnoxiously so.
