Pésimo servicio acabo de pasar !
Vivo a una hora del lugar manejar por tanto tiempo para decir que ya no venden Churros que solo por orden mínimo con 6 días de anticipación 😳 de maña gana me dieron mi orden y no querían ponerle los topings y lo peor el lugar no tiene aire 🥵 super caliente el lugar , ha perdido la calidad y servicio 🥺 no volvería !

We used to love Sweet G's cakes. For my son and husband's birthday, we ordered a Capricho cake, but the flavor was just okay. The biggest disappointment was the limited fruit topping options—only pineapple and peach. We chose both, but when we served the cake, we realized the fruit was canned. That was very disappointing, especially since we chose Sweet G's specifically for the freshness of their products.

The employee Kelly was super rude and made me not want to buy anything other than what I got. I got a slice of their rollo de mango topped with mango and the cake was super dry. If it wasn’t for the frosting and fruit it’s literally difficult to swallow. I will never be back nor recommend anyone to go here but only based on the horrible customer service I received from that Kelly lady. If she doesn’t like her job then she needs to quit or the owners need to keep her in the back out of customer view because I have read other reviews complaining about this rude lady. Don’t waste your money or time coming here honestly.

Purchased a cake that turned out to be spoiled. Went back so they can confirm for themselves and they did. They did not want to refund me but only exchange for the cakes there that were not freshly made. I do not want store credit. I want my money back.

Me enviaron una promocion por messenger, que talves la mandan a muchos, de que era el compra uno lleva uno y poes como tenia por mucho tiempo la curiosidad de ir a esta reposteria, la promo fue lo que finalmente me dio por ir hasta aya, vivo como a 30min de ahi, para llevarle a mi esposo una rebanada de pastel, cuando entre, bien linda bien sonriente a la que me le diriji, pero en cuanto le mensione que queria aprovechar la promocion de compra uno lleva uno le cambio la expresion en su cara, y estoy segura que era la duena porque creo la eh visto en su pagina, para que mandan promociones si despues le van a andar dando caras a uno oh no piensan cumplir con las promociones. Muy buenas que estubieron las rebanadas y todo pero ya me dejaron la primera impresion y para que me anden haciendo caras no vale la pena por mas buenos que esten sus pasteles. 🙂 Ya por ser dueńa no significa que sepas tener trato con la gente, mas humildad porfavor. 🙂🙂 Me trato mejor la empleada que la dueña. 🙂
