Absolutely terrible service and food quality. The employees literally want to the back of the kitchen and ignored us when we walked in and we found one was sleeping in one of the booths. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves. Worst taco bell experience ever. And yes I understand it is a fast food chain but still wow. Bathrooms were also nasty.

Poor customer service they close at 1:30am. When their sign said 2am. I will make call home office. Because there was a nasty attitude behind, saying they close.

Order was wrong and the drive thru is not easy to loop around when they mess it up, took three tries to finally get my order and then the crunch wrap supreme didn’t even have any filling. I haven’t even tried the rest of the order yet

Food is good most of the time but the staff are always dragging their feet, you could be the only car in the parking lot/ drive through line and your food is still going to take at least 20 minutes to be prepared.

This was the best taco bell in montgomery, ala! The ingredients were really fresh! I have never had a taco that fresh, I will be going back to eat there, the manager is awesome, the wait time was hardly any wait at all, and the little young lady at the windows was sooooo sweet! I give it a 10!
Vegetarian options: The salads are great, just don't do sour cream if you're worried about calories.
This Taco Bell specifically on W. SOUTH BLVD needs a new manager or retraining. How yall do not have certain stuff across multiple days. I am not from the area but my people are and 3 different times in 2 weeks they did not have stuff they offer on the menu when I stopped by. I had to pay more money for them to take me to another Taco Bell. I gave 3 stars because they had food, just not what I wanted.
